Pierce Manlangit is a Filipino microbiologist whose focus is on cellular agriculture. Pierce is a master's student at Radboud University where he is working on growth factors. he has been part of many organisations such as the Effective Altruism chapter of the University of Cambridge where we met.

Sofia is Project Leader at iGem, Activator at TKS and Bioneer at Biodojo. Her primary focus is in Synthetic Biology, and she is an intern at Grow Your Own Cloud. In this episode, Sofie will describe what she is doing and the main trends in synthetic biology we will see in the future.
