Up for A Chat has had a hiatus for the past 3 years.  After 374 shows we thought you all may have had enough of the three of us, so we thought we’d hang up our microphones and go slowly into the sunset.  But The Wellness Couch tells us that our podcasts are being continually downloaded.  While Kim and Cyndi are back, Carren has decided to stay retired.  We are so excited to be back, there is so much new information that we want to share, and We (Kim and Cyndi) have a thirst to interview incredible minds that bring enquiry into our lives.   Tune in and listen to Kim and Cyndi begin a new chapter in Up For A Chat.   Cyndi O’Meara Links Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/cyndiomeara/ https://www.instagram.com/thenutrition_academy/ https://www.instagram.com/changinghabits_hq/ Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/cyndi.lovetto https://www.facebook.com/changinghabits https://www.facebook.com/thechnutritionacademy   Kim Morrison Links https://www.instagram.com/kimmorrison28/ https://www.instagram.com/twenty.8.essential/ https://www.facebook.com/KimMorrisonTraining https://www.facebook.com/twenty8essentials

UC 375: Shedding Some Light

The UFAC girls have been asked so many times lately to see if they can record another podcast especially right now as times feel even more challenging for so many. So the girls thought it would be a chance to bring a whole new way of being through uncertainty, and the perfect time to shed some light, direction and clarity. A chance to look at this journey with a little positivity and maybe some girl power! So are we living in a lie? Are we awakening? Is this all obvious corruption? What is really happening through this Covid experience? And are we seeing bands of people coming together and seeing strength in numbers who think differently? In this frank, open hearted conversation Cyndi, Carren and Kim get to explain where they are all at and how they have been traveling the past year. They talk the science, insights, opinions, concerns and the what, why and how. Cyndi explains exactly what the virus Sars-CoV-2 is compared to the disease Covid19. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2), also known as the coronavirus, is the virus that causes COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019), the respiratory illness responsible for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. She says to watch Dr David Martin from Weston Price as his dates about the whole thing is impeccable. Here is the link: https://www.bitchute.com/video/fHHniBm4cyiM/ And here is a chat he also had on the podcast: https://www.westonaprice.org/podcast/covid-connect-the-dots-with-david-martin/ And here are the other links she suggests to watch: World renowned Cardiologist, Dr. Peter McCullough, discusses the proven devastating harm from COVID-19 vaccine reactions particularly in young people. https://www.bitchute.com/video/617xtM2elQuv/ She says to watch Pandemic with Judy Mikovitz – (it’s only 10 minutes) – https://m.imdb.com/title/tt12927010/ And to follow Del Bigtree on Highwire right here: https://thehighwire.com/ Cyndi talks about this being like Russian roulette, we actually do not know what will be effected. 93% of people with Covid19 have chronic conditions or disease like diabetes, heart disease and cancer. The vaccine is not necessarily working at efficacy and that is stated in the research. 634 people have died since the vax program and as a direct result of the v’ax. That’s 2 people a day. But why? How can some get it with no issue and some with major reaction? Why are some seemingly unaffected and others injured? The girls talk lack of liability of vaccine companies and how they are not liable for any injury from a vaccine. All liability was to the Government who paid out $45B for vaccine injuries up until the 80’s. Watch 1986 The Act Andrew Wakefield It has been proven that there have been lies, deceit and misuse of research and information. The girls ask ‘Why are we trusting this?’ Cyndi suggests this time is like book burning. Why are people being censored? Carren shares her journey and how she is curious, she asks questions like, What don’t I see? What am I not seeing? She openly shares what has happened in her family and with her husband Matt. She also admits we are all so far down the food chain that things are designed to confuse and create division. She explains how the vax even has on the box that it is an experiment… until the research is known which will be 2023. There is so much speculation. She talks about crimes against humanity, and suggests we all become ferocious questioners. It is important to be curious and look for better answers. Cyndi talks about the WA Premier in a rather open and dazed way states the truth. You can see the link here: https://banned.video/watch?id=6185af8824e9d03455ddf16f Cyndi suggests we watch Monopoly – Who Owns The World to understand more:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSB9iNL8Vr8&ab_channel=IvorCummins She talks about the New World Order and Black Rock and Vanguard as well as what is allowed on main stream media. The girls discuss fear mongering and how the narrative runs on this mainstream media. Kim shares the dynamics of being hypnotised and to watch for the number of times they mention various words and then add fear to the feed. To hypnotise someone you use repetition and intensity. Same same! Kim also shares how her husband was ‘bullied’ into a terrifying position and how that has impacted them all. All three are very aware of the effects this whole pandemic is having on mental health. It is important more than ever for humans to come together as as a collective and share what they believe is the way through this right NOW.   SHINING THE LIGHT – Things to do to keep well! Buy local and support local communities Look after yourself in all ways Ground yourself increase electrons and receive more energy Get into the sunshine for Vit D Breath work is key for stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) Get adequate quality sleep Connect with loved ones Have even more gratitude than ever and focus on what you want not what you don’t want Be in nature more Stay present this is a huge awakening, we do not know the future, stay connected to now Drink plenty of good water (2L a day) Supplement with good food based vitamins like Cyndi’s greens and colloidals plus zinc, Vit D, C, A, glutathione, quercetin and turmeric Use essential oils – pine, fennel, eucalyptus, lavender, tea tree, cedarwood and pine (Twenty8 Immune Boost – https://twenty8.com/product/immune-boost-synergy-blend-10ml/ Know that good will win over evil, follow your spiritual path   Carren then shares a beautiful message of hope, resilience and love. We cannot be in resistance of this. Humanity will evolve one way or another, either backwards or bigger, better, faster, stronger… Tap into that strength, invest your energy into the bigger part of you. Remember you are bigger than the virus, the jab the problem. This is true for everyone. Commit to the inner work and know you have got this. Transcend and transform. The world is waiting for you. There is a call for those of us willing to stand in balance of terror. Spend 10 mins everyday saying: I am powerful I am incredible I am the light I am strong I am clean I am powerful I am together… Now is the time for self-ascension, expansion, direction and internal responsibility, tap into that power source. Balance the planet and move through the trauma. At least try it on… there is a call to create and balance for humanity. In this episode, plant biologist Greg Clark joins Cyndi and Kim to explore the fascinating world of plants, soil health, and microbiomes. Greg explains how plants respond to stress, communicate through microbial networks, and maintain symbiotic relationships that mirror the human gut microbiome. The conversation touches on the history of the Gondwana landmass, the role of regenerative agriculture, and the importance of individual action in healing the environment. Greg also explains the difference between gene editing and genetic modification, and shares insights into the health benefits of blackcurrants, including their impact on blood flow, energy, and recovery. This episode is a blend of science, sustainability, and inspiration, reminding us how deeply connected we are to the natural world, and how small actions can lead to meaningful change. Key Topics Covered Plant stress physiology & microbiomes Soil health and plant communication Gondwana landmass and ecosystem evolution Gene editing vs genetic engineering Blackcurrants for cardiovascular support Regenerative farming and environmental resilience Quotes As a kid I was always fascinated by living things. Plants are rooted in the ground and have to cope with everything around them. Plant microbes in the soil are like human microbes in the gut. Live in the now and make it better for the future. Blackcurrant powder helps to reduce the impact of stress. It is a vasodilator, loaded with anthocyanin and antioxidants. The linoleum acid in the seeds will help with fat oxidation. It is a fascinating insight when you look at the evolution, ecology, synergistics and resistances in the plant world. We can learn a lot from plants. In this deeply heart-opening and educational episode, we’re joined by the incredible Pauline Ryeland, affectionately known as the Intimacy Whisperer. With certifications in Somatic Sexological Body Work, Tantra, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and trauma release, Pauline brings a powerful mix of science, soul, and lived experience to the often-taboo topic of sexuality. Together, we dive into Pauline’s journey from “prude” to pleasure, the pivotal role of conscious sexuality in relationships, and the vital need for education that addresses not just the physical but emotional and energetic aspects of intimacy. Whether you’re single, in a relationship, navigating menopause or post-prostate recovery, this conversation offers something for everyone Key Topics Covered Pauline’s story: from personal development to sexual healing and public speaking at Woodford Festival Why intimacy is more than just sex – it’s about presence, honour, and connection The difference between orgasm and ejaculation for men (yes, there’s a difference!) The impact of trauma on sexual connection and how Havening and somatic work can help How to reawaken libido and pleasure at any age – with or without hormone therapy Eye gazing, breathwork, and other powerful practices for deeper connection How to teach teens about consent, boundaries, and healthy sexual relationships The problem with porn and re-educating pleasure beyond media-driven performance Perimenopause, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation – and how Pauline supports individuals and couples through these challenges Why post-birth intimacy needs a plan – and how to maintain connection through life’s phases About Pauline Ryeland Pauline Ryeland, widely known as the Intimacy Whisperer, is a highly qualified Intimacy, Sex, and Libido Coach and Educator. Her work is grounded in a broad range of modalities, including Somatic Sexological Bodywork, Tantra, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Advanced Subconscious Reprogramming, Eriksonian Hypnotherapy, Havening Techniques™ for trauma, and Results Coaching. As a certified Tantra Teacher and Master NLP Practitioner, Pauline blends mind, body, and spirit practices to support individuals and couples in transforming their relationships, intimacy, and sexual well-being. She specialises in helping clients align with their sexual and emotional desires while clearing trauma, limiting beliefs, and emotional blockages. Pauline is also the author of Empowered Conscious Sexuality – From Prude to Pleasure, which became a #1 Amazon bestseller across five categories. In the book, she shares her personal journey to becoming a sex therapist, insights into the healing modalities she uses, the challenges her clients face, and powerful practices readers can try on their own or with a partner. Topics include sacred sexuality, conscious relationships, boundaries, and consent. As a Transformational Coach, Pauline works with both women and men to overcome a range of challenges: For women: low libido, painful sex, inability to orgasm, and complications from conditions such as endometriosis. For men: low libido, erectile issues, premature ejaculation, Peyronie’s disease, genital nerve damage, and enlarged prostates. She is also trained in scar remediation techniques that help restore sensation and address genital numbness and discomfort due to trauma, surgeries (including vasectomies and circumcision), and nerve damage. Pauline uses Havening Techniques™ to help clients release trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and particularly sexual abuse or emotional trauma. This gentle, neuroscience-based approach helps deactivate the fight-or-flight response from the amygdala, allowing the individual to recall the experience without emotional distress. A passionate advocate for sexual empowerment and the sustainability of relationships, Pauline helps couples rediscover intimacy and deepen connection. Pauline is a sought-after speaker and presenter, having appeared at events such as Sexpo, MindBodySpirit Festival, and Woodford Folk Festival. She’s also been featured in publications including Cleo, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Holistic Bliss, and major news outlets in Australia and New Zealand. Her radio appearances include ABC Radio and Noosa Community Radio. Quotes I had a download – you’re a sexual healer! You have to get below the surface to get to the underlying problems. When we are in a trauma response we are running in fight or flight mode, in alert mode. Havening calms the nervous system and unlocks the amygdala to create no charge. The memory doesn’t matter – it’s how it made you feel that does. It comes back to education and knowing what consent and boundaries look like. It’s about having great communication to have a good relationship. Sex is not a checklist. You have to be in your body to get in flow. I’m working with the sexual energy through the mind, heart and genitals. Tantra is a philosophy, a way of life. The more awareness you have the more you can love. Use it or lose it! I can never guarantee anything but I can teach you what to do! Be attentive. Be present. Intimacy is how you spend your day with your partner; it’s honouring each other, and appreciation creates connection. In this insightful and passionate conversation, Cyndi O’Meara and Kim Morrison sit down with PhD-qualified clinical nutritionist Dr. Brad Leech to explore the profound connection between gut health, chronic illness, and emotional wellbeing. Dr. Leech dives deep into the world of the microbiome, explaining how our gut bacteria influence everything from autoimmune conditions and eating disorders to depression, immunity, and even relationships. He highlights the impact of diet diversity, antibiotic use, heavy metal toxicity, and medications like PPIs and NSAIDs on gut function. Brad also unpacks fecal microbiota transplants (FMTs), the importance of prebiotics and microbiome testing, and the resilience of our gut when properly nurtured. The trio also navigates hot topics like the carnivore diet, UTIs, the rise in allergies and eating disorders, and the implications of birth methods on the baby’s microbiome. This episode is loaded with takeaways for anyone wanting to optimise their gut, understand the science behind mental and physical health connections, and prepare for a healthier future, starting in the gut. About Brad Dr Brad Leech is a PhD Clinical Nutritionist and Herbalist renowned for his expertise in addressing chronic autoimmune conditions and complex gastrointestinal disorders. He provides complete and personalised care to his patients using functional nutrition, integrative medicine and holistic wellness. After entering the profession in 2008, Brad has contributed significantly to academia, shaping curricula at universities and delving into research areas such as intestinal permeability, autoimmune disease management, and the therapeutic potential of food-based probiotics. Brad is currently an Adjunct Fellow at the National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine, where he continues to advance natural health sciences. In addition to patient care, Brad is passionate about empowering practitioners with the knowledge to enhance their clinical practice. Over the years, he has mentored thousands of practitioners, providing them with the tools to navigate the complexities of gut health. His program, Brad’s Brainiacs: Microbiome Mentoring, is a six-month online mentorship designed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world application. This mentor program equips recent graduates and practitioners with the skills to interpret microbiome reports, uncover actionable insights, and transform patient outcomes. Top Takeaways: Gut health is connected to chronic disease, mood, immunity, and even behaviour. Prebiotics and microbiome diversity are key to building resilience. Measuring the microbiome every 6–12 months can be as crucial as blood tests. Heavy metal exposure (e.g. lead, mercury) can embed in bones and affect mineral systems. The carnivore diet may offer temporary benefits but long-term gut health requires fiber diversity. Eating disorders can severely impact gut integrity and require a multidisciplinary healing approach. Vaginal births and breastfeeding help build foundational microbiome health, but early exposure to nature can help compensate when that’s not possible Quotes There is more going on in the gut than in the Universe. We are vessels for microorganisms in the gut. I believe in diet diversity and increasing plant foods in the diet. You can train the microbiome. If you have been on antibiotics, get these supplements – Saccharomyces boulardii probiotic (SB), Bifidobacterium (BB-12) and Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMO). NSAID’s cause leaky gut. Use outdoor adventures for health including nature, animals, wilderness and rainforest. If you cannot determine what you need use targeted interventions with Dr Brad Where to find Dr Brad Website: www.DrBradLeech.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/drbradleech/ Cyndi O’Meara Links Website – https://thenutrition.academy/ Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/cyndiomeara/ https://www.instagram.com/thenutrition_academy/ Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/cyndi.lovetto https://www.facebook.com/thechnutritionacademy Kim Morrison Links Website – https://www.kimmorrison.com/ Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/kimmorrison28/ https://www.instagram.com/twenty.8.essential/ Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/KimMorrisonTraining https://www.facebook.com/twenty8essentials
In this soul-stirring episode of Up for a Chat, Cyndi O’Meara and Kim Morrison reunite with longtime friend and longevity expert Marcus Pearce, author, coach, speaker, and host of the 100 Not Out podcast. Together, they unpack the deeper meaning behind living a long and exceptional life, inspired by Marcus’s recent trips to the Blue Zones of Sardinia and Ikaria. Highlights: The Blue Zones beyond the buzzwords: Discover the truth behind the Mediterranean diet, olive oil myths, and what longevity really looks like in Sardinia and Ikaria. Redefining “health”: It’s not about supplements or biohacks, Marcus shares why human connection, community, and meaningful routines are far more powerful than any vitamin. Simple living, rich life: From walnut trees to front door keys, learn what tiny villages in Sardinia can teach us about security, belonging, and slowing down. Real transformations: Hear the powerful stories of attendees who returned from Marcus’s tours with newfound clarity, walking to work, selling their homes, ending toxic relationships, and reconnecting with purpose. Why discomfort matters: Whether it’s hiking in leather sandals or milking goats in a Sardinian barn, Marcus urges us to embrace inefficiency and live more deliberately. Purposeful parenting & soul-led living: How we show up in family, work, and spirit affects our longevity more than any diet plan ever could. Tools for transformation: Learn about Marcus’s Exceptional Life Blueprint, quiz, coaching, and how to join his next Blue Zone adventure Quotes I am living my best life, juggling responsibilities as best I can. Everything is in 7 year cycles, I am in soul searching and wonder. We all have the same purpose to help people and what makes us unique is how we do that. Sardinia is where people want to get to really know you. Mediocrity in old age is the continual pursuit of constant comfort. An exceptional life is the continual pursuit of being uncomfortable. Everything in the blue zone is ‘ish! See you at 4’ish! It is so sacred and so ad-hoc and sadly we’ve lost the art of ad-hoc. If we didn’t have the contrast it wouldn’t enter our minds. There’s always insights. Let’s appreciate what we have. Blue zone people do not live in poverty, they just spend less than they earn and spend the rest on experiences. I’m working on having a 2 hour break every day and slowing down in the middle of the day. We have to master the art of longevity and own the fact that if they don’t design it – it’s too late. Longevity is a recent phenomena. History has a way of repeating itself. It’s so much more than the modern definition of longevity. Longevity is a constant lifestyle and a journey. We chase longevity with nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. Most of us do not want to age like our parents. We must master the art of listening to our intuition. Our trips to the Blue Zone is an assault on the senses on how to listen to the heart and soul. These trips are the gift that keeps on giving. We are so far removed from the process of where food comes from. In this episode, Cyndi, Kim, and Martin (founder of Switch on Health) dive deep into the shifting landscape of natural health education in Australia. They explore the history of the industry, the decline of educational institutions, and the effects of government regulations and vocational education corruption. Martin shares the inspiration behind founding Switch on Health and how their flexible, practitioner-level online courses are filling the gap left by traditional colleges. The conversation also covers the risks of privatising education, the struggles of balancing flexibility and accountability in online learning, and the importance of self-regulation in the natural therapies industry. The group reflect on declining event attendance, industry trends, and macroeconomic challenges, while looking ahead to future collaborations and strategies to support the next generation of natural health practitioners. About Martin Stone Martin instantly fell in love with Australia when he arrived on our sunny shores in 1996.  He graduated as a Naturopath in 2001 and has now spent more than 20 years working in the education field in natural therapies.  He has a passion for helping others to realise their dreams of becoming qualified as a natural health practitioner so that they too can go out there and help more people. He is the owner and founder of Switch on Health, the only college of its kind to be wholly Australian owned and operated by a Naturopath, and the only college in Australia to be accredited by both ATMS and ARoH.  Switch on Health offers online practitioner level qualifications in Nutrition, Western Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, and Homeopathy, as well as a range of short courses for general interest. Key Topics Covered: The rise and fall of naturopathy colleges in Australia Impact of VET Fee Help and vocational education misuse Self-regulation vs. government regulation in natural therapies Switch on Health’s mission and online education approach Trends in event attendance and student enrollment Future industry collaboration and business strategies Quotes We often get into this work based on our own experiences. Instinctual knowing that modern medicine is not right. At some level I’ve always known there has to be a better way. I always wanted to teach – it was in my bones. We have to fix the standards in education across Australia. Nothing really happens overnight – it’s a continuum. On the face it may seem a great idea but unfortunately it often isn’t. It seems where the government diollar goes, the crooks follow. The wheels of government turn slowly but they do turn. College owners started sweating it out and got out as it became increasingly unpalatable. I’d like to see everyone have access to a natural therapist. We should not have a government body tell us what to learn. Associations generally are in agreeable with one another. Everyone has the right to a happier and healthier life. Our focus is to empower competent and confident as a practitioner. Learn More: Visit Switch on Health for free content, program info, and social links. Whether you’re a healthcare professional, parent, or advocate for medical freedom, this conversation will leave you informed, inspired, and empowered Key Topics: Patient autonomy & the flaws in medical governance Brain mapping and surgical innovation Media, politics, and healthcare reform The fight for vaccine schedule transparency Mother’s intuition and trusting your gut Integrative medicine and humility in practice Quotes It is important to treat patients well with respect and autonomy. 70% of complaints to APRA are Doctors complaining about other Doctors Change is only as good as its weakest link. We are paid to think and treat everyone individually. Never give up on someone if they haven’t given up. I’m sure right up until I’m dead there’s a chance. GP Care & Medical Gaps: The group shares personal experiences with GPs and discusses the ongoing lack of nutritional education in medical schools—often influenced by pharmaceutical funding.Dr. Nelum Dharmapriya is a GP with a passion for women’s health, integrative medicine, and empowering patients through holistic care. Quotes What I was told wasn’t working for me or them either, I had to change. I am a nerd with biochemistry! I don’t remember how much nutrition training I had as a doctor so maybe that speaks volumes about how little we actually had. HRT formulations are very different to what they used to be, now they are bio-identical. All medications have only been around for 60years. Estrogen is produced in the ovaries from testosterone. There is a connection between the gut and menstruation. We can remove things but it doesn’t mean it will be resolved. I think mindset has a big impact on the body. Once I got into metabolic health it opened my mind. Our microbiome is influenced by our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. The most common death in women is heart disease, one in three will die from it. Women tend to put everyone else first. 90% of people do not know this way of thinking. You cannot be on this metabolic journey and have a normal GP. We are not taught about the root cause. Everything you learn as a doctor you have to unlearn. In this episode, Cyndi and Kim speak with Dr. Kieran Richardson, an expert physiotherapist and advocate for non-surgical, holistic treatment of injuries and pain. Dr. Richardson shares his journey into physiotherapy and how his approach has evolved to embrace the biopsychosocial model—considering physical, psychological, and social factors in recovery. The conversation explores non-surgical approaches to ACL injuries, chronic pain management, cognitive functional therapy, and the importance of reframing patient conditions to offer hope and clarity. Dr. Richardson highlights the shift in physiotherapy from traditional methods to more evidence-based, patient-centered care, and discusses the role of nutrition, mindset, and clear communication in long-term healing. They also discuss the challenges of chronic pain, the importance of proper diagnosis for athletes and dancers, and the growing recognition of alternatives to surgery. Dr. Richardson encourages both patients and professionals to rethink the conventional medical approach and embrace a more holistic, empowering model of care. About Dr Kieran Dr. Kieran is a Specialist Physiotherapist and the Director of Global Specialist Physiotherapy, a consultancy company providing Professional Development, Formal Mentoring and Non-surgical opinions for patients. Kieran and his team of academics, expert clinicians and researchers consult to multiple clinics, health care professionals and patients in Perth, Western Australia, and well as nationally and internationally via online platforms. Quotes I have always had an interest in health growing up in NZ as a youngster. Musculoskeletal studies are traditionally mechanistic. It is not so much about the whole person. Healthcare knowledge will double every 10-20 years. It is bio-psycho-social. I am not anti-medical or anti-surgical. I am concerned that medicine is not patient-centred and has massive financial incentives. I aim to give my non-surgical opinion. Any good therapist likes to grade a client. Keep calm and treat your meniscus without surgery! Reframe the thinking. It seems there is a pill for every ill. There are straight-forward, science-based, non-invasive therapies you can try. You may just need a different look at it. Pain is often protective. Pain can be helpful. Alongside his wife Siobhan, also a chiropractor, Terry has worked around the world, from Hokitika to Notting Hill, and now runs a thriving family practice in Milford, Auckland. His mission is to create healthier communities by empowering people to live their fullest lives through natural health care. Quotes Chiropractic care gave me a real passion for health. Chiropractic is about removing interference from the nervous system. You will find not every person will love what you do. We never say we ‘cure’ anyone. As you adjust, you affect the parasympathetic nervous system and help it to calm. Your spine is your central nervous system. A lot of go-getters think like we do. I gravitate towards being positive and proactive. People want human interaction and need connection. You have to own what you do. We all practice differently. In this raw and inspiring episode, we sit down with Dr Tim Leeming, chiropractor, sports nutritionist, and co-founder of Being Chiropractic in Gympie, QLD. Tim shares his incredible journey — from his early days as an athlete and movement coach to the traumatic birth of his first daughter, Sage, which completely reshaped his purpose and approach to health. Alongside his wife, Dr Casie Leeming, Tim has since travelled the world studying with leading chiropractors and paediatric neurological experts. Now, as a passionate practitioner and father of two, he brings a deeply personal lens to his work, helping families and individuals reconnect to their nervous systems, their bodies, and their natural rhythms through chiropractic care and simple, intentional movement. Quotes I owe a lot of my good character and values to many miles on that river. I learned hard work. persistance and dogged determination. Chiropractic just landed for me, it made sense. Chiropractic is helping the human body to experience health, performance and everything in between. Sage’s condition was a real moment of surrender. We were in a sympathetic state of flight or fight, confusion and grief. Understanding what disabilities she had was a heavy thing to carry. Emergency medicine was amazing and kept her alive. You can look at it as a whole with death at one end and vitality at the other. A symptomw ill do something or give you something to get rid of. We checked and adjusted Sage multiple times a day. We used music at 512Hz, essential oils, prayers, community, a Facebook group rooting for us, meditation and visualisation. A child goes through various stages from birth – 1: Breathe; 2: Turn the head; 3: Learn to suck and swallow; 4: Learn to digest and poop. As a father, a male, you just want to get in there and help… and you can’t. She chose well having us as parents. Sage is a very robust healthy kid. Fever is the perfect response to an invading pathogen. Have full faith and trust in the capacity of our body’s and babies body’s to do what they need to heal. Tony gave me such clarity, conviction and certainty. Life pulls us in the right direction. Be a beacon of hope, help and light. Life will always humble you. It is all my own responsibility and for me to figure out. Our health is our responsibility. It’s very rarely genes or bad luck. Nobody has your health in their hands, you do. We had help, guidance and colleagues from every angle. Many men would understand this, but Sage pulled me back home and realise my values hierarchy. It can be overwhelming but it is about the art of discernment. It takes time and repetition and you will get better as a skill but it has to be intentional. The spine is the taile of the brain. Take responsibilty for your own health. There is a depth of value with grandparents and elders. The generation has wisdom, guidance, a way of life and behaviours that are so important. The answers you are looking for may be a lot more simple than you think. We take the complex and make it really simple. I stand on the shoulders of giants.
