Duncan Robinson and Chris Cipollone are old friends who have had more than 3 decades of Pastoral Experience between them. Duncan a former breakfast show host and Chris a current Entrepreneur tackle some of the big questions of Faith that might be a bit sensitive to talk about. We disagree a lot, but our goal is to foster healthy conversations about faith. If you want taboo Christian Topics then this is the podcast for you! Season 3 is looking primarily at the future of church! Where are we heading and what are we looking to do!

Ok team, with the current workloads for Chris and I we just haven't got the time to seriously sit in a room with all the associated preparations to make this thing as good as it needs to be. So between the books, the start-ups and leading our own respective ministries we've just found ourselves very pressed for time. So short-term we're going to pause Dead Elephants. You can contact us on our discord channel, https://discord.gg/CCkHBfd52AOr we both have websites and socials you can get us on! We love you guys and when our time free's up we'll be back behind the microphone.
This episode does though feature a genetically augmented Steven McAlpine, did you know he runs! Anyway let's talk about the future of Church. A Quick note there were some Audio issues, so Duncan's voice isn't clear, apologies, the conversation surprisingly is still really good!
Either way it does feature a dark brooding Steven McAlpine sharing some of the insights from his latest book Future Proof which is literally about the future of the church. A Quick note there were some Audio issues, so Duncan's voice isn't clear, apologies, the conversation surprisingly is still really good!
We are talking about Duncan's new book, it's been 10 years but he's back in the writing saddle and it's closer to being finished than anyone could believe.
This Episode there's a surprising revelation. Duncan after 10 years is back with another book! He's only 10,000 words from finishing, that should be fine....right?! Either way he'll have to go Full Phoenix Rising.
