One book completely has changed my life. It is a book entitled "The Artist's Way", which is also an international bestseller.
The book is based on the concept that everyone is an artist, and it shows us how to tap into their innate creativity. And the Morning Pages is the way to that, and this is the most valuable part of the book.
The Morning Pages method is very simple. There are only four rules.
1, Prepare an A4 size notebook.
2. Write 3 pages every morning as soon as you wake up.
3, Write anything you want (the purpose is to drain).

This podcast title is "1% Update of Myself". The meaning of the name is to make 1% progress every day. And I would like to share tips and stories that will lead to a little 1% improvement for my listeners.
Let me explain one thing.
Let's assume that you are at "1" now.
No matter how many times you multiply 1, the answer will always be 1.
But If you could update yourself by just 1% today compared to yesterday, it will become 1.01.
Tomorrow, if we can improve by 1% again, it will be 1.02.
Repeating this will give 1.01 to the 365th power after one year. What do you think 1.01 to the 365th power is after a year? It becomes 37.8!
In other words, one year from now, we will have changed 37 times more than we do now. A daily change of 1% can make a huge difference a year later. Even though I'm still at the beginner level of English, I started this podcast in English to update 1% every day. I believe a little effort can make big changes after a year.
On the other hand, if you are -0.01 today and spend every day doing something negative for a year, for example scrolling social media long time, you will be 0.03 times worse off than you were last year.
It's a calculated result, but I think you get the idea. Whether you will be 37.8 times your old self after a year or -0.03 times your old self will be determined by a little continuation every day. Continuation is a powerful force.
