After her case was dismissed in May 2022, an ex personal assistant of Marilyn Manson named Ashley Walters has gone on to have her appeal denied for *twice* failing to actually even file an appeal. Her time isn't up, though! Evidence shows Walters was leaking private personal information of Manson's without his authorization to Evan Rachel Wood's ex-girlfriend Ashley Illma Gore. Yes. The conspiracy allegation is really coming into view.
Breaking news on the Marilyn Manson front! The case filed by Ashley Morgan Smithline is now officially dismissed and closed. That brings us down to 4 active cases -- with Esme Bianco trying again for $10 million with her third amended lawsuit filed on Jan. 3, 2023.
