Choosing a word of the year can be a powerful tool for growth and development, helping to motivate and keep an individual focused on what matters most. It is important to consider which aspects of life need the most attention, and to create a word around those areas. Additionally, decluttering, both physical and mental, can help reduce stress, anxiety, and cognitive load. This allows for more space to be made for the positive outcomes of the chosen word of the year. Saying no and creating healthy boundaries can further aid in cultivating ease, and can lead to more mindful experiences with loved ones. The Life Lab provides the tools and resources to make the most of the energy and focus gained, and it can help to create a desired lifestyle. Taking the time to reflect and choose a word of the year is essential, and this exercise can lead to a life that is extraordinary and full of joy. Key Takeaways: I have chosen Ease as my 2023 word of the year.  What is ease? What can ease create in your life?
