Understanding imposter syndrome and unconscious bias are topics that are passionate to Dr Tina Khanam and in this podcast we explore these topics. Dr Claudio Trindade is a surgeon, inventor, and pioneer from Belo Horizonte, Brazil who is the youngest ophthalmologist to ever win the ASCRS Grand Prize at the Film Festival. His winning entry was for his invention, the XtraFocus implant which is a piggyback device that has a small 1.3 mm central aperture to help patients with irregular corneas such as those with keratoconus.
