In times of uncertainty, global crises, and rapid change, finding gratitude can feel like a challenge. In this episode, I reflect on how, despite the chaos around us, we have the power to focus on what we can control: our perspective, our actions, and our ability to make an impact. We talk about the importance of staying informed, finding balance in our lives, and appreciating the things we often take for granted. Because even in the midst of all the noise, there are always reasons to be grateful.

Life in Ecuador wasn’t hard at all. It was just that it was too easy and comfortable for me to stay there at the age of 25. Life at the time was all about managing a company at the C-level position + living the most comfortable life having my family around the corner or at least 1-hour max away from home, a lady who’d cook and clean for me every day plus being in my own homeland, speaking the same language, having the same friends, and the same surroundings since I have memory. In this episode, we talk about how so comfortable and yet not so fulfilling can it feel when something is not for you. Whether it is too comfortable and just right… how do you know if a situation is too easy not because it ain’t for you but maybe because it is meant for you?
Truth is, strategies always work but then they don't. Despite you'd do anything to make it work, it is as if you hit a wall now and either you level-up or stay out of business. Here is share with you what I did, when my business hit plateau in a place where everything is possible. Tune in now!
Today, we talk about a person that can come up with 5 business ideas in a day and has trained herself to only look at those that really inspire her. I use the pronoun her cause that’s me. While this might sound like an advantage to some, it is really not when you don’t know how to control it to stop jumping on trying any business idea that you have. Okay, fine. If this happens while you are a student, then it can be fun to come up with different business ideas because there is time to try them, fail, try again, and evaluate. However, as time goes by, one must learn that pursuing a business idea can be fun and look like it can make you a lot of money but in most cases, it can also make you lose money. It is like the quote from Morgan Housel we used in our previous episode: “It's not whether you are right or wrong that's important, but how much money you make when you are right and how much money you lose when you are wrong. You can be wrong half of the time and still make a fortune” But how can we know that? Tune in now!  Find the transcript HERE
Baby steps towards your dream life is what makes the difference. From the books that I read and the entrepreneurs that surround me, I haven’t heard anyone saying that they found their best business idea from trying only once. Actually, the part that I see often is that most people just try things but the most successful people dont just try but adjust and improve according to environment changes. But what does that mean? Tune in now to this weeks episode. Find the transcript HERE
Behind all great start-ups is a vision. An idea, created by the founder, of what they want their business to look like in the future. Not only is the vision the very foundation of the company itself but can often also be the key for its business growth and success. A vision has come to be understood as a future state which is believably possible and represents a condition that is better than now. Yet despite the term “vision” being thrown around in the world of business there is actually very little understanding of why having a vision makes a company successful. Essentially all companies have one; so, what is different about the vision of companies who are really successful? Tune in now to see why. I am currently accepting new clients and might have something for you that you haven't seen before. Send me a DM and I'll send you all the details: https://instagram.com/stefy__a?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
