Breaking Cycles with Gao and Karabo

In this episode, Gao and Karabo discuss how their admission journeys to Akeso have facilitated their current parenting journeys, and what that looks like for them. Parenting children through mental illness is not an easy feat, but with some intentionality, we can love ourselves enough to love our children and those around us.
