National #comingout day has come and gone and we are here to re-surface some of what we navigated when coming out. How did we go from husband to wife - who did we tell first? What was our biggest fear in saying it out loud? These are just a few of the things we touch on in this episode. No matter what stage of the process you’re in - keep going - and remember, coming out has no timeline.
Time for an intimate Q+A! As Kirby's surgery date inches closer, so do the big feelings and a good healthy check-in can be so beneficial.
The idea of using our sexuality, as lesbians, for the male "gaze" is no longer something we can stand behind - and in this episode we talk about our "graduation" process through understanding that the only person we need acceptance from is ourselves.
