Disney Vacation Club has officially announced its 2027 Member Cruise, and this sailing is anything but ordinary. In this episode, we break down why this 7-night West Coast itinerary may be one of the most unique DVC cruises ever offered. Departing from San Diego, this special member sailing includes a stop in Catalina Island, an overnight in San Francisco — complete with a sail under the iconic Golden Gate Bridge — and a visit to Ensenada. West Coast departures are rare enough, but an overnight in San Francisco puts this cruise firmly in “bucket list” territory. We’re joined by our good friend Chad Pennycuff from the My DVC Point to unpack: Why this itinerary stands out from past DVC Member Cruises What makes a Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise different from a regular Disney Cruise The special onboard extras and experiences members can expect Smart booking strategies — including whether it makes sense to book on points or cash What DVC members should be thinking about now as they plan for 2027 Whether you’re a longtime DVC member or just curious about how Member Cruises work, this episode will help you decide if this sailing deserves a spot on your Disney bucket list. So much negativity, even at 1.3 speed I couldn't wait for the episode to end. Chad is absolutely unlistenable, sorry. I was hoping to hear a "real-talk" about DVC and how points work. I might just have to attend one of the seminars at Disneyland to get an understanding of that.
