Wrestling With WiFi

It's one for the road...er...plane? Sky? Oh, you get the idea. Besides, does anyone really read these? Figured I was overdue for one, and as I am scrambling ahead of my trip out to Phoenix for WLPC 2024, I would drop a fast episode here and just share what I've been up to. Specifically, a lot of boot camp and deep dive prep, as I will be teaching one of each in just a matter of...well...hours almost. Enjoy the show, and I hope to see folks in PHX!

I am probably a touch off schedule with this one, but it's hopefully worth it. On this one, i get into wrestling with my monitors (there may be more later, but this is some insight), as well as what I am up to my eyeballs in, and even touch a bit on the recently completed WWE Royal Rumble.   Enjoy!

It's time to wrestle with my desk...again. And also discuss what is coming with the whole video side of things. It's a bit of another 2024 preview, with some time spent getting into what I hope will be a worthy forray into video: my tiny desk. More important than just me working with a tight space and budget...it's just me, some average guy trying to look remotely presentable for work and fun.  There are plenty of awesome desk videos on YT, but loads of them are sponsored and/or have tons of space...and I don't have those working for me.  Should be fun. I hope...

It's the season premier of Wrestling With WiFi, and this one is just a quick rundown of what John hopes to do, plans to do, and may end up not doing in the year ahead. That includes, but is not limited to... A YouTube Channel (it's real, there is content there and on the way) A trip to WLPC 2024 in February (going to be there for the entire week!) Maybe some weight loss...maybe... Some actual wrestling chit-chat too, from time to time, because, you know, it is 33.3% of the show title... And if you read this far...thank you :) Hope you enjoy, and here's to a year with a record number of shows and listens!

It's been a long time...too long...but John is back with another one. Short and sweet, this one is all about a bit of pre-registration WLPC hype, as you can take both a boot camp (RCWA) and a deep dive (compact network in a box) with the host...if you so choose.   Registration opens for all on December 15th. The show is on the road, with John in PHX for WLPC2023. In this episode, he recaps the conference, most of it anyways, as he preps to fly home.

Though recorded (and discussed) as episode 5, things changed due to the WLPC survey release. So this one is all about some new resolutions ahead of the new year, and a little on the Apple 6e release, too.

In our latest episode, it's a bit of a fun one-recorded as it would have been episode 6, but it's episode 5 because...we get to pick the fun for WLPC in Phoenix in 2023! The survey is out now!
