On this week's episode, we had Luke Harwerth (Type 3) on the show. Luke is the other half of the dynamic influencer duo called Twin Sauce, and you can follow them on TikTok and Instagram. They have over 300k followers on TikTok and over 100k followers on Instagram. Luke has had a wide variety of jobs ranging from corporate to artistic entrepreneurial jobs, he's always had a passion for dance, and in this episode he shares very vulnerably with us what it's like to be a type Three on the Enneagram.Luke shares a pivotal childhood story that solidifed the wounding message that he is unworthy. He also talks about the difficulties of being present and the stillness and loneliness that sometimes comes with slowing down and being present to yourself and your feelings. This week we have Paul Harwerth (Type 7) on the show!Paul is half of the twin duo known as Twinsauce (300k+ followers on TikTok). After working his way through his bachelors degree in theatre as a wedding photographer, he went straight to work in the film industry. While working in and around the industry he ran a photo & video production company as well as Twinsauce. Now, he and Luke do Twinsauce full-time! Paul is also a type 7 who is learning how to engage with his heart center. He explains why 7s don’t tend to engage with their feelings and how thinking about your feelings is not the same as engaging with them. This epsiode is all about brutal honesty and rawness.And who better to display those virtues than an Eight!Our type Eight representative this week is Stacy DeVries.Stacy is an 8 (with a heavy 9 wing), who is a certified Enneagram coach and the principal and counsellor for an online high school in beautiful British Columbia. She also oversees a school in Uganda that she started after biking around the country for her 50th birthday celebration. She enjoys cold plunging, biking, yoga, and camping in her VW van. The Enneagram has transformed the way she interacts with everyone in her life and it helps her extend grace and patience to others and to herself! In this episode, Stacy talks about anger and how she feels it as passion in her body that pushes her to act justly. Our type Six representative this week is Adam Breckenridge.Adam is married to his life-long best friend, Kari, and they have three daughters: Lucy Blue, Susanna Jane, and Georgie Love. He currently serves as the Director of Coaching at Your Enneagram Coach, where he gets to support and equip Enneagram Coaches around the world. He is also a coach himself, working mostly with pastors and leaders. This week Esther shares with us what it's like to be a type Five on the Enneagram. Esther is a Data Entry Specialist at a Finance company. She is a lover of coffee, food, and the great outdoors. She is married to a type 9 and has found the enneagram to be a useful tool to navigate relationships in her own life.If you listen you'll hear her share what life was like growing up not knowing what to do with emotions and choosing not to express them. She shares how hard vulnerability is for the Five and explains how even though they appear analytical and calculating, they are also deeply emotional people.
