At seven years old I walked into a gymnastics club for the very first time. I was hooked. For the next twenty one years, I dedicated my life to becoming an Olympic champion. I'm going to share with you the life lessons, experiences and stories that have shaped the man I am today. I'm now starting a new chapter in my life beyond my sporting career and look forward to bringing you along with me.

In 2018, Dominick Cunningham became the third male British artistic gymnast to win the European floor exercise title at the European gymnastics championships in Glasgow. In 2011 at the World gymnastics championships in Tokyo. Jake Dalton helped the US men's team finish on the podium, winning a bronze medal just one year out from the London 2012 Olympic Games. In May 2025, Luke Whitehouse made history by winning his third consecutive European men's artistic gymnastics floor title in Leipzig, Germany. Luke is the first British male artistic gymnast to win three individual gold medals on a single apparatus at major championships level. In 2025 Jamie Lewis became the British all around champion at the men's artistic gymnastics championships. He was subsequently selected to represent Great Britain at the European championships and went on to win team gold in Leipzig. At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Sarah Voss was the only female artistic gymnast to represent team Germany in the sport of gymnnastics. In 2021 Shane Wiskus represented team USA at the Tokyo Olympic Games, helping the men's gymnastics team finish 5th. Shane finished 9th individually on floor just missing the out on the Olympic final and 23rd in the All around but suffered from the two per country rule in the sport. In the summer of 2024 Sam Mikulak was part of the coaching team that supported the US Men's gymnastics team on their way to the Olympic podium at the Paris Olympic Games.
