In S1 episode 1 : I spoke about "its never too late to start" , once you unchain yourself from unmotivated to highly motivated personality, its time to set goals, setting achievable and specific goals is vital in fitness to provide direction and motivation. Start by considering your current fitness level and desired outcome, then set specific and measurable goals that are realistic and within reach. Have a timeline for each goal and accountability in the form of a personal trainer, workout partner, or progress tracking. This will help you stay focused and motivated towards achieving your desired results. Remember to make your goals challenging but achievable to maintain motivation and stay on track.
