How do you build AI that actually feels loving to the people it serves?
In this episode, Dr. Apurv Gupta, Founder and Board Member of A Loving Organization, explains that the Loving Organization Consortium aims to bring more love and compassion into healthcare by improving nine interconnected systems, people, processes, culture, workflows, and especially technology, through a framework called INTEGRATE. He and Ed Gaudet discuss how “loving AI” can ease clinician burden through tools like ambient listening, workflow automation, and emerging burnout-prediction technology, while emphasizing that tech alone is only 10–20% of the solution. Dr. Gupta stresses that effective technology requires human oversight, governance, feedback loops, and involvement from clinicians and patients in the design process. He highlights that organizations often miss these elements due to lack of awareness and capabilities, which the INTEGRATE framework seeks to build. Ultimately, he argues that love must be the foundational intention shaping systems, leadership, and AI, because technology is neutral but becomes “loving” only when embedded in a loving human environment.
Tune in to explore how compassion-driven systems and “loving AI” can transform clinician well-being, patient care, and the future of healthcare!

Thoughtful, problem-first innovation—not hype—drives real clinical impact in healthcare.
In this episode, Saul Marquez and Ed Gaudet from Censinet host Dr. Jason Hill, Innovation Officer at Ochsner Health, and David Leingang, Director of Innovation Data Science at Ochsner Health, to discuss how their team uses machine learning, workflow redesign, and data-driven insights to reduce physician message burden, improve patient routing, and guide clinical programs. They explain how analyzing 2.4 million annual inbox messages uncovered that 4% were related to weight-loss drugs, which led to a new weight-management digital medicine program rather than an AI tool. Both guests describe how reorganizing message flows and using e-visits reduced unnecessary back-and-forth, how machine learning helps uncover root causes of system strain, and how predictive deterioration models saved lives but required retraining once interventions changed patient outcomes. They also explore value-based care, the challenges of identifying solvable problems, and why the first and last mile of AI—defining the problem and integrating into workflows—remain the hardest. Jason and David close with a discussion of the AHEAD Network, connecting universities, healthcare systems, and industry to accelerate innovation.

A cybersecurity future where humans and machines share identities is already here.
In this episode, Matt Topper, CEO of UberEther, discusses how identity has expanded beyond individuals to encompass devices, machines, and AI systems, and why securing these relationships is now crucial. He explains how identity’s compliance-driven past created fragmented systems and slow implementations, and why the industry must shift toward unified, security-first approaches. Matt also discusses the rise of non-human identities, emerging standards, and the growing need for resilient on-premise identity systems as cloud outages and AI adoption accelerate. He concludes by explaining why continuous learning and embracing failure are essential for anyone entering the fields of cybersecurity or healthcare.
Tune in to hear Matt’s vision for the future of identity security!
Matt Topper is a recognized leader in cybersecurity with over 20 years of experience architecting next-generation Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that power digital transformation and protect mission-critical assets. As President of UberEther, Matt leads an elite team of cybersecurity innovators, delivering secure and scalable solutions for some of the world's most complex cloud and hybrid environments.
Things You’ll Learn:
Identity now encompasses humans, devices, machines, APIs, and AI systems, making non-human identity a critical focus in cybersecurity.
Traditional perimeter security is no longer sufficient, and identity has become the essential control in distributed, SaaS-based environments.
Identity historically evolved as a compliance function, resulting in siloed tools, slow implementations, and weak alignment with security teams.
Unified, security-first identity architectures offer integrated, vertical-specific solutions, replacing fragmented vendor ecosystems.
AI and machine-to-machine interactions introduce new risks, and industry standards for non-human identity are still rapidly evolving.
Resilient on-premise identity systems are necessary to maintain operations during cloud or internet outages in hospitals, manufacturing, and retail.
Continuous learning, embracing failure, and using incidents as growth opportunities are essential for success in cybersecurity and healthcare.

Rapid shifts driven by AI are rewriting the future of healthcare publishing, search, and the workforce—and those who adapt quickly will thrive.
In this episode, Russell Rothstein examines the decline of search-driven traffic, the emergence of AI-driven healthcare engagement, and how his network connects millions of clinicians and consumers through targeted data solutions. He explains why middle-tier white-collar roles are about to face major disruption, how entrepreneurs can navigate this new landscape, and why adapting quickly is the only winning strategy.
About Russell Rothstein:
Russell Rothstein is an accomplished technology and media entrepreneur with a strong history of building data-rich companies that serve Fortune 500 brands. He is the CEO of WebHealthNetwork Media, a leading healthcare publisher that connects pharmaceutical companies and hospital networks with nearly one million U.S. physicians and over 2.6 million healthcare stakeholders through targeted digital campaigns delivered across 20+ specialty sites. His team provides unmatched first-party data, physician-level targeting, and daily performance reporting that consistently drives results far above industry benchmarks.
Rothstein is also the founder and CEO of Sales Spider, a global intent-based data company with over 80 million businesses and 300 million executives in its database. Sales Spider delivers more than 100,000 qualified opt-in leads each quarter and runs precise geofenced advertising for B2B clients across 50+ countries. Before these ventures, Rothstein led NorthPath, a sales outsourcing firm operating across North America and Europe, and previously excelled at Oracle, where he earned multiple awards including Canada’s top territory sales representative. His career began with Bizware, a software company he built into a market leader before its acquisition. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a First Class Honours BA from McGill University.
Things You’ll Learn:
AI is rapidly overtaking traditional search, forcing healthcare publishers and major platforms to reinvent themselves or disappear. Companies dependent on SEO-driven traffic face an unprecedented structural shift.
Physician-level targeting, first-party data, and AI-driven appointment matching are becoming the new foundation of digital health engagement. These tools outperform legacy systems and reshape how patients and clinicians connect.
Middle-tier white-collar roles—including coders, administrators, and clinicians—are the most vulnerable to near-term AI displacement. A wave of workforce disruption is coming faster than many expect.
Entrepreneurs who adjust quickly, embrace change, and avoid clinging to outdated models will capture the biggest opportunities. Speed and openness matter more now than ever.
Bootstrapping remains one of the smartest paths to long-term ownership and success. Russell’s own story shows that taking calculated risks with your own money builds resilience and better outcomes.
