No one ever saw that coming.Agent Cleary knows that Trevor is just taking the blame for Simon, but goes along with it because the DODC needs more prisoners to justify their expensive Yucca Valley, California prison. Following Trevor's arrest, Director Von Kovak insists they continue filming and tells Simon to use Trevor's betrayal for the scene where Wonder Man is betrayed by Barnaby. Wonder Man is finished with Joe Pantoliano taking over the role of Barnaby and the film is a huge success. At the premiere, his clearly delighted brother Eric tells Simon he’s proud of him. Meanwhile, Janelle tells Simon that he now has his pick of roles for his next project. With his new found fame Simon decides to shadow a DODC guard, Chuck Eastman, who hates his job, under the guise of making a new film. Simon Williams struggles to be personable with the crew and to communicate his thoughts on the script, but is helped by Trevor Slattery. At a dinner meeting with his team his agent Janelle informs the pair that The New York Times journalist Kathy Friedman is writing a profile on them, terrifying Simon who describes her as a character assassin of the highest order, who could discover and reveal his secret, just like she did with Joseph Gordon Levitt. He becomes paranoid after learning that Friedman talked to his ex-girlfriend Vivian, his mom, and brother Eric about him for her story. Brushing shoulders with wealthy customers, musicians and actors he loved his job. But when he encountered some otherworldly goop from the Roxxon Corporation he developed special abilities. He now has the ability to teleport people and objects through solid matter.When a fire starts in the club, threatening the lives of everyone inside, DeMarr uses his new Doorman powers to get everyone out to safety. Eternally grateful for saving his life, Hollywood actor Josh Gad gives DeMarr a job as his assistant. DeMarr soon gets a role on Josh’s movie “Cash Grab” using his powers in a pivotal scene. The stunt works and DeMarr Davis becomes The Doorman, the superpowered actor with his own catch phrase. But it’s not Ding Dong for long as the public quickly get tired of DeMarr’s schtick. On the downward spiral, a glimmer of hope comes in the form of Josh offering him a role in “Cash Grab 2”. But when they try to create a new super powered sequence for the sequel it all goes horribly wrong. As one cash bag after another is safely transferred through Demarr it's time for Josh Gad’s character to also make his escape. An explosion at his home as a child and a porta-potty explosion on the set of The Rookie while Simon was there. In order to connect these, Agent Cleary threatens Trevor Slattery to interrogate Simon’s family and friends at his mum’s birthday party.At the event Trevor learns a new kitchen has been installed with an island. The very thing Simon's mum has always wanted. But Trevor learns very little about Simon except that he’s always been alone and he’s always been lonely. His family, friends and neighbours don’t understand his acting career and believe he’s lazy and overly dependent on his family.After everyone leaves the party, Simon’s brother Eric pushes Simon to admit he got fired from American Horror Story and give up on his acting dreams. The casting director for the movie wants to give him a shot in a smaller indie movie. It’s a bit part where he’ll play a waiter. All that’s needed is a quick self tape of his lines and he’s got the cameo.This will be great for his career, but the pressure gets to Simon and his powers rise, exploding out like an earthquake inside his apartment. Unable to use his apartment for the self tape, Simon reaches out to Trevor for help.After several more failed attempts Trevor brings him to his former co-star, Joe Pantaliano’s house as a favour. When Shang-Chi is bitten, Wenwu bestows the mystical ten rings to Shang-Chi to contain the infection and sacrifices himself to give time for Death Dealer to help the group escape. In the present, after fighting off Skrull bandits, Shang-Chi's group arrives at Helmut Zemo's sanctuary, the Raft, where they meet Kamala's group. Both groups agree to work together and Blade reveals that the spaceship to get the SOS transmission broadcast from Earth's orbit is located in New Asgard. Along the way, Zemo attempts to sacrifice Kamala's group to the infected Talokanil for safe passage. Instead, a zombified Namor leads his people to attack the Raft while Zemo and John Walker attempt to flee in an escape pod. Namor kills Walker, Rick, Denise, and Sandra before Kamala kills him with the group's help. When the Raft begins to sink, Yelena sacrifices herself and stays behind to manually override the launch of the last remaining escape pods. While initially perceived as a threat they discover the entity is in fact a future Wakandan Queen who has teleported to their time to save Wakanda and the earth from an invading alien army called The Horde.The Queen informs them that the dire situation confronting her time is because Wakanda never integrated into the wider world and so The Horde picked off humankind followed by Wakanda. Pretending to be a lost traveller he is taken in and cared for by a woman called Jorrani. During his recovery he is drawn into the community by Jorrani and they develop feelings for one another. At the city's Dragon shrine Basha and Jorrani take time to offer meditation at the city’s sacred Dragon statue where he spots the artifact as the tongue of the dragon.But after several weeks, Basha, now back to full health, attempts to quietly recover the artifact but he can not remove it from the statue and has to take the entire head. He manages to escape Kun’Lun in his hidden flying craft despite being caught stealing the sacred object.Back in Wakanda, he is greeted by Captain Evo, head of artifact security, who is concerned that the intel for this mission was off. But Basha arrogantly flaunts how easy the mission was and how primitive he saw the people of Kun’Lun. But as Basha and Ebo replace the artifact they suddenly realise that he has brought back an unexpected visitor from Kun’Lun who has infiltrated Wakanda.Basha finally catches up with the masked infiltrator who has made their way to the artifact collection to return the sacred Dragon to Kun’Lun. The history of the war dogs takes us to Troy in Eyes of Wakanda Episode 2 "Legends and Lies". Each attack is repulsed by the Trojan forces, even those led by the legendary Achilles and his band of Myrmidons.After another failed attempt to storm Troy, Achilles and his trusted friend and right hand man Memnon collect their thoughts around the campfire. Despite the deep brotherhood between Achilles and Memnon, Ferris, another member of the Myrmidons, is suspicious of Memnon who is an outsider.Despite Achilles' trust in Memnon, little does he know that Memnon is a War Dog from Wakanda. He is at the siege of Troy to recover a Wakandan pendant from around the neck of Helen of Troy.As the Myrmidons, led by Achilles, attempt another attack on Troy this time using Odysseus’ Trojan Horse tactic. They successfully infiltrate the city and let the rest of the Greek army in to attack. But the alarm is raised and in the ensuing battle Achilles sees Memnon peel away towards the palace as he is surrounded by the Trojan forces and left for dead.Memnon recovers the purple amulet but is seen by Achilles who escaped the Trojans. Achilles believes he's been betrayed and that Memnon is in fact a Trojan spy. They fight one another and following blow after blow between the two Memnon cuts his friend’s heel. This time they're having difficulty with blackmail leads and John tries to call the whole thing off, but The Hood pushes them onwards.Riri wants to investigate the properties of the Hood, especially after being told it's magic, but she has more than enough problems dealing with Joe and her new AI.Joe McGillicuddy has plans that he insists she looks over, while at his house Riri learns he has a bigger secret than she thought. Joe is actually Ezekiel Stane, the son of Tech genius Obidiah Stane, who died trying to kill Tony Stark. But he entrusts Riri with some of his experimental bio-mesh skin on the provision that it doesn't get traced back to him.Riri uses the bio-mesh skin to help get some cloaked Tech inside Heirlum for their next job. She wants to get a sample of The Hood while Parker is busy with the heist.But things go awry and Riri triggers the alarm system.
