Welcome back to Unlocking You: A Self-Coaching Series! So far, we’ve explored what you truly want, uncovered what’s been holding you back, opened to possibility, and identified what needs to shift. Now, it’s time to look at the choices you’re making—consciously or unconsciously—every single day. Because every yes is also a no. And every no creates space for a deeper yes. In this episode, we’re exploring what you are currently saying yes to—your commitments, habits, energy drains—and whether those choices align with the life you want to create. We’ll also reflect on what you might need to start saying no to in order to reclaim your time, energy, and alignment. Through a guided reflection, you’ll explore:✨ What am I currently saying yes to—intentionally or unintentionally?✨ What if I was more intentional with my yeses?✨ What am I saying no to, and is it serving me?✨ What if saying no wasn’t selfish, but necessary? This is not about perfection—it’s about choice. And your yeses and nos shape your life more than you might realize. Resources & Next Steps 📌 Take It Further: After listening, set aside a few moments to reflect—What’s one yes you want to deepen? And what’s one no that will create space for what truly matters?💬 Share Your Thoughts: I’d love to hear what came up for you! Send me a message on Instagram @permissiontobehumancoaching or share this episode with someone who might need it.🎧 Next Episode: Who Do I Need to Become? Now that you’re choosing your yeses and nos more intentionally, we’ll dive into how to embody the version of you who already lives this life. So far, we’ve checked in with where you are, explored what you truly want, uncovered what might be holding you back, and stepped into the possibility that it could all be real. But now, we ask: What needs to shift? When we’re moving toward something new, we can’t just add more—we have to make space. Just like a glass that’s already full, if we keep pouring in, we’ll overflow. So today, we’re reflecting on what might need to shift, release, or realign to create space for what you want. Through a guided reflection, you’ll explore:✨ What is currently taking up space in your life—physically, mentally, or emotionally?✨ What feels heavy, draining, or misaligned?✨ What if making room for what you want wasn’t as hard as you think?✨ What’s one small shift you can make today? This is not about drastic change or perfection. It’s about noticing—what’s one adjustment that could create more space for what you want? But now, it’s time to step into something new—possibility. In this episode, we explore the powerful question: What if it was possible? So often, we assume things are out of reach before we even allow ourselves to imagine them fully. But what if, just for a moment, you let yourself believe? What if you allowed your mind to open to the idea that your dreams aren’t impossible—that they might already be unfolding? Through a guided visualization and self-coaching prompts, you’ll explore:✨ What if the path is already opening up for you?✨ What if you don’t need to have all the answers to take the next step?✨ What if the only thing standing in your way is the belief that something is standing in your way?✨ What if you allowed yourself to try on belief—even just for today? No pressure, no need to force action—just a space to sit with possibility. Resources & Next Steps 📌 Take It Further: Notice when your mind tells you something isn’t possible this week. We all have some inner work to do - some hurt to work through, sadness to move, emotions to acknowledge, and for some there's trauma to release. There is often this assumption that in order to do this work, it has to feel heavy and well, like work. But what if it didn't have to be heavy, or at least not all of the time? Don't get me wrong, moving through our emotions can involve tears and can feel hard, however, what if it wasn't all the time?  In this episode, host Mel Findlater shares her story of the first month of her 'wintering' and her realization that her brain and body have a very clever way of escaping, or adding in the happy hormones, exactly when she needs it the most...when things get heavy. She explores how play and possibility allow the lightness back in and through the challenging emotions that need moving.  Connect with Mel: Facebook: Permission to Be Human Instagram: Permission to Be Human Email: permissiontobehumanalways@gmail.com If you enjoyed this episode, please share it with a friend who might need a dose of courage.
