question. we have had to file bank ruptcy do too loosing my job. what is your take on where to start rebuilding? I got to keep my home but lost everything else.

One thing I had read somewhere is that, yes, smaller loans give more urgency, accomplishment feelings. It was suggested that after you pay it off, borrow a chunk again, pay that on your regular mortgage and keep up the intensity on the small loan. Rinse, repeat.
