Hey everyone! In this episode, Luke and I dive into the dynamics of good faith vs. bad faith conversations. In contrast, bad faith discussions often involve hidden agendas, manipulation, or a lack of transparency. Not everyone is willing—or able—to be upfront about where they’re coming from. That’s why it’s crucial to listen closely, not just to what people say, but to what they reveal through how they show up.As always, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Embracing Your Shadow?

Hey everyone! In today's episode, I cover an aspect of Jungian Psychology known as the Shadow-Self. Essentially, these are traits that we have repressed for the sake of remaining safe and feeling loved during our upbringing. However, if some of these aspects stay repressed, they can wreak havoc on our lives as we mature as the repression is no longer helpful and becomes maladaptive. I discuss some examples of what repression looks like, what it can cause, and how to work on integrating your shadow aspects to become a whole, effective, and emotionally fulfilled person!
