We are a society that cares a lot about what other people say about stuff.
And even though this is a truth about the way we all shop, the fact is that if a buyer wanted to know any of this stuff about your solution, products, or services in your category, it’s more than likely that no one could tell them.
And if buyers want to see these types of ranking systems, it is our job to give it to them.

When people buy, they worry more about what might go wrong, than they do about what will go right.
As a buyer, by this point in your life, have searched hundreds of negative-based phrases. But few (if any) positive ones.
If the market believes that a product or service or brand has problems, they're going to find the truth. So as a business, you have a choice.
You can allow the customer to learn about it from someone else, let build trust, and in turn, lose trust in you.
Or you can address each and every problem, fear, issue, worry, concern, and doubt they could possibly have, head-on, and close the trust gap in the minds of your buyers.

Everyone knows the number one question buyers ask that completely lacks quality answers is "How much does it cost?"
Regardless of what product or service it is we’re talking about, you’ll often find tons of content on its benefits and features.
And yet this extreme lack of transparency around cost still persists in so many industries and businesses.
We’ve seen, time and time again, this content, when done right, will produce the most qualified leads your sales team could ever ask for.
In this episode, Zach and Nick talk through the consequences of NOT addressing cost/price, how to discuss price for highly complex solutions, and highlight specific examples of businesses (B2B and B2C) that discuss price on their website, openly, honestly, and with confidence.
