WELCOME BACK TO LETS HAVE BREAKFAST 🥞
After a muuuuchhh needed break and reset, we're back! Today we're discussing how to accept change in your new stage of life.
Fall for most is a great time to start something new or begin a new chapter. As you're reassessing your goals remember these key things:
Center yourself and take a deep breathe. Everything is going to be okay.
Try to live in the moment. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the stress of everything but you’ll miss some amazing moments if you don’t look up and enjoy
Allow yourself to feel the feelings too. It’s okay if things suck. Or don’t turn out how you expect.
Always take time to reflect and ask yourself if what you're doing feels good or aligns with how you envision your life.

Welcome back to another exciting episode of "Let's Have Breakfast"! Today, we dive deep into the world of friendship. Recently, I took a friendship questionnaire created by the incredible Dr. Marisa G. Franco, a renowned friendship expert and psychologist. This insightful quiz consists of 20 questions and aims to reveal your friendship strengths and weaknesses.
In this episode, I share some of my own scores from the questionnaire and what I've learned from them. The scoring is divided into five quadrants: Initiation, Affirmation, Vulnerability and Support, and Identity Acceptance.
As we continue to grow, we want to introduce a new segment where I answer your questions and offer advice. Stay tuned until the end for our first listener letter. If you want to be featured (anonymously, of course), simply email jestutey@gmail.com or send a DM to @breakfast.pod on Instagram with the subject line "listener letter" or something similar.
Don't forget to share the love! If you're enjoying the show, please share it with your friends, leave a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
