Are you constantly getting burnt out? For some people, burnout may be linked to past traumas. This is why today I have brought on Rehmat, founder of Orb Wellbeing. Rehmat is a Transformational Coach & Reiki Healer who works with ancient spiritual practices to support people to remove blocks holding them back from living their biggest & best lives. She is also a trauma-informed practitioner and has worked with over 100 people to help them recover from different forms of trauma.
