Jozef Lievens is advocaat en medeoprichter van het Instituut voor het Familiebedrijf en mederedacteur van de Code Buysse IV. It combines agility with continuity and acts in a proactive but structured way. Instead of resisting change, resilience requires openness and awareness of external factors, giving way to new possibilities. In line with the sanitary regulations, the GUBERNA Director’s Day took place on 23 February 2021 as a fully digital event, combining joint sessions - broadcasted live from the GUBERNA Home of Governance – with interactive breakout sessions in small digital groups. It is our pleasure to share with you a summary of this event.
