In this episode, I’m continuing the conversation around identity in business. Last time we talked about the difference between Practitioner identity and Business Owner identity. Today we add the next layer - Leader identity. And before you think leadership only applies to people with teams, let me stop you there. Leadership starts with how you lead yourself. If you’re building a business that is shaped by your voice, your expertise, your standards and your perspective, you are already leading. The question is whether you’re doing it intentionally. In this episode, I talk about the connection between self-leadership and revenue, and why the way you handle discomfort, obstacles and uncertainty directly impacts the results you create.
