Larry talks about growing up playing sports and what it taught him:
"I moved around a lot as a youngster. Sports is that universal language that everyone speaks. I remember going to middle school, as the new kid...but I could hold my own on the basketball court, and that got me in with my crew.
"I learned so much. I learned the power of setting big goals, having big dreams. You set those goals, and you learn real quick that you better practice, and you better practice some more, and you better work at your craft, at your game, at your skills, or else you will not be in a position to have success. And that transfers over to life skills."

Sometimes by talking to other people, they can help you discover what you're really good at, what makes you special, what makes you unique. And then it can be a little bit easier to understand sorts of jobs or roles could be good for you."
