Okay, so you know how sometimes you feel like you’re not good at something or you’re not sure what you want to do with your life? Well, my podcast is all about talking to people and learning from their stories. Sometimes they tell me about things that were hard for them, but they still did really well. And sometimes they tell me about things that didn’t go so well, but they learned something from it.

By listening to these stories, I hope to help other people see that they can do more than they think and that there’s more to them than they know. It’s like a big puzzle, and we’re putting the pieces together to make a big picture of how we can be the best version of ourselves.

In this episode of There's More to You, I explore the feeling of not doing enough and how it affects people, especially graduates who are transitioning to the next chapter of their lives. I give practical tips to help listeners overcome this feeling of inadequacy. The first tip is to remember that everyone's journey is unique, so it doesn't make sense to compare yourself to others. By doing so, listeners can work on what is lacking inside and get closer to their ultimate goals.
