In this day and age, it's been very hard to show up for ourselves and appreciate ourselves a little more, and that's why I started thinking about how we treat our souls, which are precious. Hi. It has been a long time since I uploaded a podcast episode, but to be honest I was dealing with life. Enough about the past and now about the presence. I left Europe for work and for so many reasons and my life basically turned upside down, which I am talking about in this episode. The last couple of have been filled with hardships and a new level of experience. Today I’m talking about how to go through thick and thin with the help of your faith and how it has been for me lately, especially because two weeks ago I was struggling and what help me going through all of what I’m going through right now was in my faith and my beliefs as well as of course Allah. But now I really love to socialize with people, get in touch with them and learn from them as much as possible. Today I am reflecting on my last great week and talking about three things I am greateful for and of course about today's topic, as well, which is: How to be more independent. Tada :) Being independent is for sure not easy and requires a lot of time, effort and courage. In this epsidoe I am telling you my tips on how to be mor independent and what it means to show up for you. Hope I can help you and remember: YOU absolutely can do it. Today's episode is a casual episode where I just share my thoughts about how I have been feeling lately. Being authentic means for me to be honest and not just focusing on producing stuff, when I don't feel it's quality and my enthusiasm, so this week was a week full of struggles and that's what it is about today. I just want to let you know, that everybody struggles with life and if you're feeling lost, then you are not the only one. Remember, you got it. It just takes I little bit of time to figure things out.
Four days ago I was going through my old fotos and noticed my big physical and the accompanying mental changes with it. I changed a lot (mentally and physically) and this because I tried millions of time til it clicked and thanks God I did. For this reason I decided to talk in today’s episode about how to keep going with achieving your goals especially when you don’t fell like it. Hope it helps 🫶🏼
On behalf of my last week, that was filled with struggles I decided to record today's episode about dealing with daily struggles which can get pretty overwhelming. If you are struggling right know I hope this episode helps you somehow. Please consider that the type of struggles I am talking about in this episode are more the kind of everyday struggles, but if you are struggling and dealing with really serious stuff over a long period of time think about going to a professional who can alway be a big help such as an therapist.
Last week I was talking to a friend, who explained to me how hard it has been to study and with which struggles she had to deal with. After sending her a ten minute voice note of me explaining how to study effectively I asked myself why not recording an episode on how I study and about my study technics ans tipps especially when I struggle for studying while being in the middle of an exam week/month.
After ramadan it was (and still is partially) hard to follow a routine and create a new one. So on behalf on my current life situation I felt inspired to record an episode on how to be and get back on track and create a routine to bring the best out of you and live out the beste version of yourself. Ramadan is over now and one thing I really learned very well was and still is, that being grateful is a lifestyle and it makes life easier and more valuable. Tune in if you wanna know how to practice gratitude and be thankful for everything you have in your life.

Life can get busy. It's nice to have a couple of friends but sometime they have their own shit to deal with. Nobody is gonna be there forever, except you for yourself. You basically spend 24/7 being you and with yourself, so why not create and build the best friendship with yourself and be there when you need the friend who would understand you best? Let's grow together and talk about some random tipps on how to be your own best friend.
I wouldn´t be true to myself and to my believe if I didn´t talk about ramadan in this episode, cause this is what is on my mind right now in this blessed month. We have ramadan and ramadan means change. At least for me. So, I tried to prepare the episode in a way, where non-muslims and muslims can benefit from it as well. I guarantee you that there are gonna be some tips I am gonna talk about, that may help you to go with the flow and deal with change as well, even if you don´t fast or celebrate ramadan.

After taking a little over a week off from studying, I needed to get back into a routine to get things done.
