I have found so much healing in my yoga practice, and much of the savoring of the practice happens in Savasana.Savasana, Corpse Pose, couldn't be easier in theory; but in reality, giving ourselves the time to simply lay in our bodies and be still can be extremely challenging. My intention is that this meditation, gently guide you in and out of one of the most restorative poses in Yoga. My intention with this episode is to begin a dialogue around the ever emerging concept currently in the spiritual world, of the "Rise of the Divine Feminine." While I plan a separate episode going deeper into that, it feels urgent to remember the divine alchemy necessary for each of us to find deeper peace and alignment; that is the union of our opposites, the integration of our light and shadow, finding ebb and flow of our own divine "masculine" and divine "feminine." This is a pretty esoteric solo episode and view into the noodle soup of my mind, and it's all very far from perfect or complete but I do hope it provides some deeper understanding and brings balance to what has felt like a lopsided conversation.
