This interview originally aired on Less of You. Ashley tried everything. She tried all the diets: Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, SlimFast, Houston Methodist Medical Weight Management program. Even after a gastric sleeve, her weight climbed back up to 320 lbs. Going to therapy for binge eating was good, but still didn’t help her lose weight.
