hi guys!! in this episode I basically talk more about not taking things personally, and not making assumptions. I know we’re humans and it’s something that we tend to do but trust me, you’ll live way happier life, if you start to implement these things into your life. It’s good to not think that everything people do to has to do with us. be the main character of your life and you’ll be too focused on your life rather than other insignificant things. enjoy this episode & i hope you all get something from it!
hi guys! <3 its been a while but its a new year, so i thought i’d share some things that ill be either prioritizing or leaving behind. a new year marks a fresh start for some of us, but the issues from the year before don’t really disappear.. everything goes on to the next w us, unless we take action and solve the issues. in this episode i mention how i didn’t really feel like celebrating too much because of how the world is right now, but we must give thanks & feel grateful that you are surrounded by your loved ones. another year is down.. a lot more to go.. and although life is short, we got a lot of time during the day and throughout the year to try to accomplish most of the things we wish to accomplish. even if it’s just doing one thing from your list, at least you did that. be grateful that you could do that, focus on the good instead of the bad. thank your body for allowing you to take action to do that. i hope you guys enjoy todays episode!! have an amazing week<3
it’s world mental health day so i wanted to share some tips that help me and that might help some of you in your day to day life. remember to breathe and do things that fill you up instead of drain you. i’ll go ahead and keep this short since i did speak a lot on here.. but i hope you enjoy<3 & thank you for tuning in!!
On this weeks episode, i go more into giving ourselves the chance to meet others, even though it’s a little nerve wrecking sometimes. I also talk about how we shouldn’t allow everyone to have that access to us and especially not so quickly when you’re dating someone. Dealing with and working through our anxious thoughts when crushing on someone new. And lastly, understanding that there’s always someone out there that will treat you how you want and deserve to be treated without feeling like you’re asking for too much.. i hope you guys enjoy and gain something from this<3
twenty three.. another year older means looking forward to new experiences and reflecting on past ones for me. in this episode i share my thoughts on how we’re all human and make mistakes but we must always try to do better. lead w kindness & love.. and it will come back to you. be grateful & show your appreciation for those who you have in your life, and are there for you in both good and bad times. happy early birthday to me<3
finally back<3 in this episode i go more into some things i observed & learned about while being in Thailand. i mainly talk about practicing mindfulness in order to be more present. a lot of us are always too busy thinking about the past or future instead of being grateful for the present moment and being aware of our surroundings. i hope this episode also give you more of an insight on the buddhism culture.
good friends are hard to come by nowadays.. so learn to be grateful for the ones you have and show your love and appreciation every day.. not just on valentine’s day!! be a good person and those that are meant to be in your life will soon make their way into it!!
in this episode i go more into depth on why it’s important that we start being more selfish. do what you want, without the worry of other people’s comments. be selfish with your time & energy. do whatever makes you happy and pushes you to be the best.. and you’ll feel better, trust me.
This is the first episode of Through the Motions. I’m basically introducing myself and what I’m going to be sharing throughout the podcast. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received from friends and family.. so let’s get into this new journey!
