In this episode, we interview Chef Dane Shipp owner and head chef of Culture, the new restaurant coming to the Oregon district in Dayton, Ohio. Chef Dane is one of a kind and his passion for food definitely shows through, not to mention his dishes are mind blowingly good. Old Scratch Pizza (Beavercreek, Ohio) Okurrrrr. This pizza place was off the chain, and we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience here. Super great staff and even more amazing food.
