In this episode we will be talking about lack of motivation after I talked to someone about it. We will be diving into what is motivation and what we could do when our motivation dies off. We have all experienced moments of intense motivation whenever we have personal goals, even for those that are outside of fitness, and you have to remember that such motivation is going to go away and it NORMAL. In this episode we will be talking about the different signs that you are letting comparison stall your fat loss or weight loss journey. Let’s face it, many of us compare ourselves to what we see on social media or to someone else who are in the same gym or fitness classes that we attend.  That comparison will not let you progress nor help you at all. You don’t know what the person you are comparing yourself to is going through. The only thing that you see is how they are progressing but you aren’t totally aware of their own struggles and what it took them to get them to where they are today. You will only self-sabotage because you feel like nothing is working for you. In this episode we will be talking about the “All or Nothing” Thinking. I wanted to share more about this because this is currently one of the biggest areas that I work with when it comes to my clients. When my clients come to me for the first time, they come from this really restrictive background and that if they don’t do something perfectly, they feel like they are a failure. I understand my clients because there are so many videos on social media right now that tells people they shouldn’t eat or do certain things. It is indeed confusing! And for me, I was very much an “all or nothing” thinker in the past. I hear you, I see you, and I understand you.
