The Bros catch up with Thomas Covington, a former Motocross champion who has built a career that stretches far beyond the track. Now serving as IHRA Motorsports Manager, he brings firsthand experience from many corners of high-level competitive racing. Covington was a sponsored rider by the tender age of 14 and quickly proved he belonged, competing at the profressional ranks both in the United States and overseas. After reaching the sport's upper levels, he made the tough decision to step away before long term injuries forced his hand. That choice opened the door to new chapters on the leadership side of motorsports, where he has continued to make an impact and has since become a "girl dad" to two daughters with his beautiful wife, Amy. Technical difficulties are a part of everyday life. As much as we try to avoid them, they always seem to happen from time to time. That's precisely what happened after a recent recording of the podcast with Speedboat photographer Tom Leigh and videographer Carter Bahde. Myrick's internet was taking longer than the others so the "Bros" had to wait until the full episode had completed its upload.
