So grab a snack and take a sip of your overpriced matcha latte that you bought solely for the aesthetic, and join them every Tuesday.

For episode 131 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna return with more opinions in the form of “hot takes.” From food to music, they give their newest controversial thoughts. While they both agree Sombr may be over-hated, they may disagree on the Ketchup debate. In addition, Enzo discusses the recent trend in Beta Blocker jokes, stunt casting controversy, and the “digi-cam revolution.” Anna opens up about her hatred for icing, Instagram reels, and her possible preference for pancakes instead of waffles. Enjoy!
For episode 130, Anna recaps her recent Valentine's Day adventures. In typical Telepathy fashion, Enzo and Anna have to get existential...Therefore, Anna is here to spill all the tea on her first Valentine's Day in a relationship. She shares all the new things she's learned and describes the feeling of "unlocking a new holiday." Enzo and Anna also reminisce on Valentine's Day in elementary school and how the holiday has evolved throughout their lives. Enjoy!
Enzo and Anna are coming to you live this week with another episode on friendships. With a combined 41 years of friendship experience (quick maths,) they’re here to take a deep dive into when a friendship becomes transactional. Enzo opens up about some past friendships in which she has felt the need to people-please, and always clear her schedule so as to not let her friends down. She also brings up the different archetypes of a friend, and Anna talks about how important it is to not keep score in a friendship as long as you aren’t being taken advantage of. Listen in and let us know if you can relate. Enjoy!
Episode 128 of Telepathy might, in fact, be opinion-based. This week, Enzo and Anna are investigating the state of critical thinking and group polarization, courtesy of social media herself. Despite featuring a wedding and many symbols of unity, Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime performance has still managed to ruffle some feathers. Enzo and Anna discuss how many people can't form an opinion until they've seen a TikTok about it, relying on the comments to think for them. In addition, Enzo proposes that social media has led many moderates to adopt more radical opinions due to group polarization. Similarly, Anna encourages people to simply watch the halftime show and form an opinion away from social media, as opposed to needing a headline to tell you how to think...
For episode 127 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna are picking their words carefully to discuss the phenomenon of being "media trained." They examine how public figures avoid controversy by understanding what a journalist is looking for. In addition, Enzo and Anna break down how celebrities are able to sway interviews in their favor to announce their latest secret. On the other hand, Telepathy is here to analyze how "PR training" has infiltrated the local level. From curated apologies to back-handed compliments, your friend may be using "media training" to craft their personal brand IRL. Some may call it fake, some may see it as PR storytelling. Good thing Telepathy is here to settle this debate for good...
If there’s a will, there’s a whey. Okay…the protein jokes end now, sorry. For episode 126 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna analyze the recent protein pandemic, or what Enzo calls the “proteinifcation” of everything. They unpack recent diet culture trends and how certain food groups have been demonized in the past. With low-carb diets being praised, why is protein the only macronutrient that has yet to be villainized? They also discuss how protein has become more accessible and, therefore, more profitable. As opposed to spending $50 on a rib-eye steak, you could just spend $2 on Starbucks protein cold foam! As a pescatarian, Enzo also addresses the “insufficient protein consumption” allegations. Finally, Anna brings light to the evolution of protein bars, from RX bars to David Bars. Are the ingredients changing based on new scientific information, or is it just the newest food fad?
For episode 125 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna break down the newest plot twist in the timeline. This time, it involves Enzo's life-long favorite, Nicki Minaj. What started as a Twitter/X post quickly turned into a UN appearance and AmFest interview with Erika Kirk. As a barb since birth, Enzo recaps Nicki Minaj's political history and explains how she went from criticizing Donald Trump in a 2010 documentary to describing him as our "handsome, dashing president." Enzo and Anna also reflect on the recent MAGA shift in Hollywood and how more celebrities may let us down in the near future...Fox News. (2025, December 17). And at last I see...yet another Disney live-action remake. In episode 124 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna are here to discuss the plethora of Disney adaptations that have been released over the last few years. As Disney announces the casting for Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, Telepathy predicts how the use of CGI in the new "Tangled" may lead to its downfall. Enzo and Anna also mention the inevitable flop of "Snow White," the new "Moana" nobody is ready for, and how Halle Bailey may have been the only good choice Disney has made thus far. Enzo also goes on several rants about "The Little Mermaid (2023)," and is very upset with Disney for cutting the third verse of "Poor Unfortunate Souls." Finally, Anna anticipates the casting of Mother Gothel may make or break "Tangled." Enjoy!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Telepathy! For episode 120, Enzo and Anna are adding a new installment to their world-famous "yass or pass" series. This time, they take a deep dive into your favorite Christmas movies and overanalyze everything about them. From Kevin McCallister's toxic family to the stranger conductor on the Polar Express, no Christmas character is safe this episode. They also discuss the debatable lyrics of "Baby, It's Cold Outside," and praise Rudolph for celebrating his differences (he is such a sleigh). Make sure to tune in next Tuesday for the 3rd annual Telepathy Awards Show! Enjoy!
Anna and Enzo are diving deep for this episode - so deep they’ve entered a new hemisphere and have reached the oceans of Australia. For episode 119 of Telepathy, they discuss the recent social media ban for kids 16 and under in the Outback. With TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and more out of the picture, Enzo and Anna debate the recent age verification technologies that have been introduced. After Enzo’s face was scanned before watching a medical YouTube video, Enzo and Anna determined that more anti-social media legislation may be on its way. They discuss the ethics of creating versus consuming and unpack Enzo’s entrance into content creation, which began at age 11. Enjoy!
What started off as a harmless crush to spice up the plot has now left you planning your outfits around a specific person…It’s okay. We’ve all been there. For episode 118, Enzo and Anna are diving deep into their history with crushes from elementary school to the present day. This week on Telepathy, they discuss childhood celebrity crushes, making up a crush to fit in, and deciding to like someone purely out of boredom. Anna reflects on awkward encounters in college, while Enzo analyzes her uneventful romantic life in high school (and now in college). They examine the negative side effects of a new hyper-fixation and the idea of changing yourself to be noticed. Enjoy!
In episode 117 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna are looking towards the western sky. With the recent release of "Wicked: For Good," Telepathy has many opinions ranging from casting choices to the unsettling symbolism in Oz. Enzo discusses Glinda's role in representing neutrality and performative activism as Anna explores the significance of Elphaba's trapdoor revival. They give commentary on the additional songs in the musical film, Dorothy's minimal appearance, Michelle Yeoh's performance, the chaotic press tour, and so much more. Most importantly, if you flip around MM (Madame Morrible), you'll be left with WW (Wicked Witch)?!
It’s almost Thanksgiving, and Anna and Enzo are ready to yap for 40 minutes straight about what’s going on in their lives. Listen to episode 116 to hear all about Enzo’s thoughts so far on college, since she is almost officially a semester deep. Since being home, Enzo has had some thoughts about how college life and home life almost seem to happen in sync, as if these two lives are parallel universes. Anna gives her update on her current corporate lifestyle, and reflects on what life is like now that she works 9-5. The thought of college brings back some fun memories, too. Like the time Anna’s dorm became Yik Yak famous. Tune in to catch up with us!
"When a baddie gets a boyfriend, does an angel lose her wings?" Socrates, the Greek philosopher, once theorized. In episode 115, Enzo and Anna are weighing in on a relevant question in the media currently. The Vogue article by Chanté Joseph has left the internet wondering if it's "embarrassing" to have a boyfriend now. Though Enzo and Anna conclude that maybe this question is irrelevant if we just go outside, they still have many opinions to fill the 40 minutes. From gender stereotypes to feeling like a boyfriend is "republican," Enzo and Anna analyze the role of social media and the emphasis on creating an "online persona." As many give too much thought to how they are perceived online, people are now finding it difficult to curate how their relationship appears on Instagram...
Fall is here, and the weather is not the only thing that is cool currently. For episode 114 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna define what it really means to be "cool" beyond the superficial definition. To do so, they look to people in their lives to determine what characteristics actually make a person "cool." Enzo and Anna note qualities such as confidence and social awareness, and also analyze recent fashion trends to determine what makes someone's personal style "cool." They turn to the internet to assess "cool" public figures, including Billie Eilish, Emma Chamberlain, De'arra Taylor, and Alex Consani. From singers to supermodels, these celebrities all possess "coolness," but why? This is the burning question Enzo and Anna unfortunately needed 50 minutes to answer. Enjoy!
For episode 113 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna are going deep. This week, they're reflecting on events that occurred in their childhood that have manifested into negative habits today. Anna discusses the impact of growing up shy and feeling excluded in school, while Enzo opens up about navigating femininity in private as a child. They also analyze the concept of "healing your inner child," and note the differences between reconnecting with your favorite childhood media vs. living through new experiences your five-year-old self never had the chance to. Disclaimer: Enzo and Anna are referring to trauma as a "deeply distressing or disturbing experience," and are not referencing any diagnosed trauma disorders.
For episode 112 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna are adding the second episode to their new series, "normalized addictions." Today, they are talking about none other than the smartphone. Enzo and Anna discuss their attachment to their phones and the tendency to rely on social media to fill time. They also analyze the societal impact of smartphones as our screen times collectively increase. Enzo and Anna dive deep into what makes our phones so addictive and what aspects of our phone usage mirror an addiction. Finally, they map out a plan to reduce screen time to increase productivity, creativity, and real human connection.
For an angel number episode (#111), Telepathy discusses the possibility of protecting your peace *too* much. Enzo and Anna determine what is selfish vs. self-care and the idea that true friendship doesn't exist anymore. After seeing a viral post of a girl reminding everyone that you should attend your friend's birthday party even if you're tired, Enzo analyzes the gray area between taking care of yourself and still showing up for others. Anna explains how her childhood may have shaped her current view of friendship, and how she's learned to maintain a work-life balance in the midst of her relationship. Enzo then concludes that this all may be an issue due to social media, phone addictions, and even hustle culture. Enjoy!
Good thing we like our podcasts un-cancelled, because Telepathy is absolutely back this Tuesday for an important discussion. In episode 110, Enzo and Anna break down the release of Taylor Swift’s 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. As a long-time Swiftie, Anna recaps her initial thoughts and predicts how the album will stand in her rankings. On the other hand, Enzo explains the many facial expressions made during the first listen of the album. Telepathy touches on the poor songwriting accusations, Taylor’s alleged response to Charli XCX, boring melodies, and possibly micro-aggressive lyrics. Nonetheless, Enzo and Anna may disagree about this new album, but their telepathy remains strong. Enjoy!
