Do you find yourself thinking, seriously, how do you even organize content? Without always wondering, where did I put that thing? More often than not, you find yourself going down a rabbit hole when it comes to locating any of your old content it is scattered and disorganized.

You know in your heart that you were called to make a difference with your business, called for more to create a change. Your time is precious; every minute counts. Even the thought of getting your content organized and systemized is overwhelming. What tech do I use? Howwww do I work it? and How do I make it work for MY brain?

Have you caught yourself saying, “Why is this so hard?” When it comes to your content creation for your online business? I know these are the exact words I used through sobs of tears as I dropped to my knees, praying for an easier solution to managing all the bits and bots of my content. In my mind, it just shouldn’t feel this hard and take this long to create content. For goodness’ sake, I had enough on my plate with managing the crazy schedules of three active kids, fitting quality time with my husband, and household, all while running an online business. The weight of it all felt impossible.

Throwing spaghetti at the wall every day, creating new content when really want I needed to do was take the time to sit down to create a repeatable workflow to no longer depend on my brain to remember it all, create a structure to organize my files and look for ways that everything I created worked together so that my content actually generated new leads.

If this is you, fill your coffee mug. You’re about to walk away with easy actions to market your business better with productivity tips and simple systems for your content creation.

Three Habits for Consistent Content Creation in a Packed Schedule Hey Friend! If you’ve ever thought, “I want to be consistent with my content, but between my clients, my programs, and my family, I just don’t have the time or energy…” this episode was made for you. Inside today’s show, I’m sharing three simple habits that will help you finally follow through on your content without adding more to your already packed schedule. These aren’t just generic tips — they’re the exact strategies I use with health and wellness coaches to help them move past decision fatigue, create systems that work with their practice, and repurpose the wisdom they’re already sharing with clients every single day. Why does this matter for you? Because your healing wisdom deserves to reach more people than the ones already on your calendar. The clients who need you most can’t find you if your knowledge stays hidden inside one-on-one sessions or gets lost in overwhelm. These three habits will give you the clarity, structure, and confidence to keep showing up — even when life feels full. By the end of this episode, you’ll know how to: ✨ Choose your healing focus each week so you never stare at a blank page again. ✨ Build simple systems that fit the natural rhythm of your practice. ✨ Stack content creation into what you’re already doing, so it doesn’t feel like extra work. These shifts will help you move from frustration and burnout into that deep satisfaction of knowing your message is consistently reaching the people who need it. I pray this blesses you! 140 | Choosing the Right Coaching PM Tool: Trello vs Asana vs ClickUp Hey Coach! If you’ve been feeling like your amazing content — podcast episodes, transformation stories, or client education — just disappears after you share it once, today’s episode is for you. I’m walking you through the differences between Trello vs Asana vs ClickUp so you can finally pick the tool that matches your brain, your business stage, and your coaching practice. Because here’s the truth: the problem isn’t your content. It’s your system. Without a project management tool, your best ideas get lost in sticky notes, scattered docs, and “I’ll post this later” folders. And that means the wisdom that could help more people never makes it out into the world consistently. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why project management tools are an energy management secret weapon for coaches. The pros and cons of Trello, Asana, and ClickUp — explained with real coaching examples. How to know which tool will feel supportive (not overwhelming) for your unique business. The mindset shift that helps you stop getting stuck in indecision and start building momentum. By the end of today’s episode, you’ll have clarity on which tool will help you create a simple, repeatable system that frees you up to do what you love — serving your clients and creating content that lights you up. In today’s episode, I’m sharing a message that’s been on my heart because I’ve been in this exact place recently. You make a choice with confidence, and then out of nowhere, doubt creeps in. We talk about trusting your own judgment, quieting that inner voice of imposter syndrome, and taking messy, imperfect action—because business gets easier when you learn how to stop overthinking and start trusting your decisions.
