What behaviors, choices, or patterns are now off-limits? What would feel impossible, unsafe, or deeply wrong for this version of me? Now choose 3–5 clear constraints. Complete this sentence: “If I were fully living as this new version of myself, I would never…” These constraints make the old, exhausted character impossible to sustain. Phase 3: EMBODIMENT – Bringing the Character Online ONE Physical Embodiment Anchor Reflect on the qualities of your new character, then ask: If someone observed my posture, pace, breath, movement, or presence, what would make them think I embody these qualities? What physical change would subtly signal you embody this/these qualities? Choose one physical anchor you can practice daily. Examples: Slower pace Deeper exhales Relaxed jaw or shoulders Grounded feet Steady eye contact Slower, more intentional speech ONE Behavioral Embodiment Anchor Ask yourself: If someone followed me for a day or a week, what would they see me consistently doing or not doing that proves I am this person? What is one small, observable behavior that reinforces this identity? Choose one behavioral anchor. Examples: Make one decision a day without asking for external input — and don’t revisit it Answer questions in one sentence without over-explaining Read or study for 20 minutes without sharing or posting Finish one task completely before starting another Speak honestly with kindness — without shrinking or buffering The question here is not what do I want to believe about myself? It’s: What would someone actually observe if this were true? Phase 4: STABILIZATION – Repetition Over Time The Invitation The Timeline Shift: A 28-Day Identity Rebirth For the next 28 days, you’ll live inside the container you’ve just created. Tendency to shrink their vision or play small instead of building what’s truly possible. “Be realistic”  33 → “Always the student, never the teacher.” Doubt in sharing the curriculum. The most powerful spiritual technique Step 1: Name the block. Take a breath. Ask yourself: What’s the story or fear that’s been holding me back? Maybe it’s ‘I’m not qualified,’ or ‘If I succeed, I’ll lose freedom,’ or ‘People won’t understand me.’ Just name it. Step 2: Flip it into a new identity.Now, craft the opposite in present tense, as if it’s already here. Make it something you can see, feel, or imagine. Say it out loud: ‘Oh my gosh, it’s happened! I’ve made $10,000 a month doing what I love, and I feel so blessed.’ Or maybe: ‘I am a confident, powerful guide, and my clients love working with me.’ Here’s the thing: expect resistance. Expect days when you don’t believe it, when fear creeps in, when you want to go back to your old self. That’s normal. Just say it anyway. Put in the reps. Repeat it daily, morning and night, for 30 days. Say it even when it feels crunchy. And when that little inspiration or idea shows up? Take action. That’s how the inner work becomes outer results. And remember this: ‘The zero/God doesn’t work FOR you, it works THROUGH You. This isn’t magical thinking… this is mental direction. There’s a belief I used to hold as a spiritual coach. One that sounded empowering… but over time, became draining and destructive. It was this: “If you’re in alignment, you should only be attracting good. And if you’re not?
