At five years old, Xavier Roman was healing people. He didn’t tell anyone because he didn’t want people to think he was weird. He would heal anyone he saw that was in pain.As he got older, he started helping out his family, but still not telling them about his gift. Tracy’s story is fascinating. In 2018, she saw a movie called “Skid Row Marathon.” It changed her life. She became passionate about helping people in prison and now makes a difference in prisons throughout California.Tracy participates in the Born to Run Cohort, where they run with the prisoners and then hold a workshop. She is on the Board of the Compassion Prison Program, which focuses on Trauma Talks. It was founded by Fritzy Horseman. Horstman's own experiences with trauma and her realization after reading The Body Keeps the Score inspired her to start the project.
