Description
We're all an expert in our own experience. This podcast is dedicated to hearing the experiences of peers, friends, and mentors, and learning from them. At this age, none of us are experts (although we might think we are sometimes) but we can all get closer to being one just by listening and learning from each other.

In this episode I speak with Karishma Shah, a second year medical student at the University of California Irvine. Karishma is a graduate of UCLA, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics. She has demonstrated leadership in various capacities, including co-founding Pathways Education, serving as Vice President of the Watts Tutoring Program, and acting as Vice President of Outreach for UV&me—an organization focused on educating youth about skin cancer and skin protection. Karishma has gained valuable experience in hospital systems, interning in the oncology department at UCLA Health, and has contributed to published medical research. Currently, she is engaged in several research projects while preparing for the STEP 1 exam. Her exemplary work ethic, academic discipline, and motivational excellence serve as inspiration for others. In today's episode, Karishma and I delve into a variety of essential topics for success such as time management, goal setting, journaling, work ethic, and accountability. We also discuss motivation during times of low productivity and provide insights into the day-in-the-life of a medical student. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey as we explore these building blocks for success.

In this episode, we talk about dropshipping, e-commerce, and social media marketing with an experienced Amazon and Shopify seller and multimedia business owner. We talk about examples of sources of income, making money move (literally, cash flow), and the importance of the growth mindset in all aspects of life.
As mentioned in the episode, dropalytics.io is a dropshipping analytics web app that anyone can use for free to get product insights.
Here is the song we mentioned (as promised): Say Hey (I Love You)
