Tori is a down to earth communicator, coach, and Bible teacher who engages people with her authenticity, humor, and passion for God and His word. Whether on stage speaking, coaching her clients, or sitting snuggled on a couch with a friend, her goal is to move others toward God in their story and live for eternity, now. Her journey as a work-from-home mom began in support of her husband, Matt, and his traveling band, I AM THEY. After almost a decade-long career in online sales and health coaching, while also balancing motherhood, ministry, and homeschooling, Tori felt herself reaching a point of burnout.God met her with one question: "Are you working from worth, or for it?" Realizing she had placed much of her identity in the results she was producing for God rather than in the God she was working for, this began a two-year journey of healing from chronic stress and striving that led to her online course and mentorship program, "Work from Worth" that was launched in 2021. Alongside her personal coaching programs and courses, she serves as the program director for Freedom Movement, a nonprofit organization providing trauma-informed, Biblically-sound, and spirit-filled trainings and coaching certifications. Her and her husband, Matt, and two children, Micaiah and Amara, live in the Tennessee countryside just south of Nashville and serve at the The Belonging Co in Columbia, TN.
