WELCOME BACK! After an extended hiatus The Achilles Heel is finally back, join us for an episode entirely based on listeners questions and topics that people are confused about. Some of the topics discussed are: how to layout a workout, how to get the maximal return on your time even if its limited, exercise with limited equipment, and much much more. 
While affluence and access to all forms of good and services has risen in the past decade: so have anxiety, self and prescribed medication for mental wellness, and feelings of hopelessness. In this episode I sit down with the senior staff counselor for the University of Central Arkansas and have a discussion about what the causes and contributing factors to this trend might be.  We get into topics such as: hormone altering medications, environmental factors, and even how our perceptions of success are working against us. Please join me as I attempt in a small way to move the needle towards a future in which young people aren't flocking for a way to disconnect and avoid their realities.
