Faith 2 Form (F2F) is a music foundation dedicated to enabling all youth to pursue continuous and rigorous training in music to their highest level of interest and ability, while striving for the best academic achievements possible. F2F is designed to provide disadvantaged students in high schools, middle, and elementary schools with the opportunity to excel in their academic endeavors by utilizing the benefits of music to enrich their lives and the lives of others in the community.

Dionne Warwick is s lifetime Grammy Music Legend and this past week, a honoree from the Kennedy Cemter for the Performng Arts. Dionne is also the ambassador for F2F, the Faith to Form Music Foundation.
