So sit back, relax, and join us on this exciting journey through the world of slam poetry and art. So I got into slam poetry because of a job I had back in the day. I was a salesman in New York City, and I would practice before and after sales calls, taking both sides of the conversations. I know that people would look at me having these discussions with myself and say, that dude is crazy. But it was great practice for the calls, and what I would do is just go with it and rhyme, slam, and just keep creating. Fast forward to today, and I blog, run a business, slam, and create art so I thought, Why not let's go for it, You need all the outlets you can have, and podcasting is just another cog in the wheel of being creative. During each podcast, I will add my own slam poetry, usually based on something I heard, dreamed, or feel like when I wake up. So enough about me, and let’s get some history out of the way.
