In this sermon, “What Is Faith?”, we begin our By Faith series in Hebrews 11 and are reminded that faith is not wishful thinking, it is confidence in who God is and trust in what He has said. It is not about the size of your faith, but the object of your faith. We are challenged to move beyond feelings and into action. Real faith obeys God even when it does not make sense and holds onto hope when life feels uncertain. When hope fades, faith struggles, so we must fix our eyes on God’s promises and not the world around us.God does not use perfect people, He uses people who trust Him. So take the next step. Walk by faith, not by sight.
Good Friday isn’t just about remembering the cross, it’s about what the cross accomplished. In this message, we reflect on the power of the blood of Jesus and what it means for our lives today. The blood speaks a better word over your past, your pain, and your sin. It shields, it saves, and it reminds us that Jesus didn’t just die for us, He died in our place.Through Scripture and communion, this message invites you to slow down, examine your heart, and remember the price that was paid. Because of the cross, your sin is forgiven, your life is redeemed, and your story is not finished.
This is the final week of our Living with Joy series—and you don’t want to miss it. Discover the secret to lasting joy, even when life doesn’t go your way, through Paul’s powerful words in Philippians 4. This message reveals how true contentment isn’t found in circumstances, success, or possessions, but in a person—Jesus. Learn how God’s strength, the support of His people, and His faithful provision can transform your perspective in every season. If you’ve been chasing happiness but still feel empty, this message will challenge and encourage you in a real way. Don’t miss how shifting your focus can unlock a joy that actually lasts.
In this sermon, “Pathway to Peace,” we walk through Philippians 4:1–9 and see that the peace of God is not random, it is the result of walking in obedience to God. Paul gives a clear pathway to peace through consistency, unity, serving together, choosing joy, showing gentleness, praying with thanksgiving, and fixing our minds on what is true. This passage reminds us that peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of God guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. You do not stumble into peace. There is a pathway that leads to it.
In this sermon, “Living as Enemies,” we walk through Philippians 3:17–21 and are challenged to examine what our lives actually reveal. Paul warns that it is possible to claim Christ while living in a way that opposes the cross. Through this passage, we see four clear characteristics of those who live as enemies of the cross: they focus on earthly things, glory in what should bring shame, are controlled by their appetites, and ultimately walk toward destruction.Jesus died so that enemies of God could be reconciled and become friends of God.𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘We’d love to connect with you! It's One Day Revival at Liberty Live Church with Evangelist, Scott Hurley. Pastor Scott shared a powerful gospel message centered on three of life’s biggest questions: Why is there evil in the world? What is the meaning of life? And what happens after we die?
In this sermon, “Press On,” we walk through Philippians 3 and are reminded that the Christian life is not about perfection but progress. Paul, who had accomplished more than most of us ever will, still said he had not arrived. Instead, he chose to press on toward the purpose for which Christ took hold of him. We are challenged to live with holy discontentment, to stay humble and hungry, and to refuse to let our past define us. We can learn from yesterday, but we cannot live there. Our sins are forgiven. Our successes are behind us. What God has for us is not in the rearview mirror.Do not quit. Do not drift. Press on and finish well.
Joy is not something we chase. It is something we choose because of who Jesus is.In this sermon, “The Joy of Knowing Jesus,” we walk through Philippians 3 and are challenged to rethink what really matters. In a world that celebrates status, achievement, and self made righteousness, Paul reminds us that none of it compares to knowing Christ. True joy is not rooted in circumstances but in a relationship with Him. We are called to reject confidence in ourselves, receive the righteousness that comes through faith, and find our identity completely in Jesus. When everything else is counted as loss, we discover that Christ is our greatest gain.𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘We’d love to connect with you! We’re In This Together — In Philippians 2:19–30, Paul shows us that gospel ministry is never a solo act. Through Timothy and Epaphroditus, we see what real partnership looks like: surrendered servants, suffering soldiers, and selfless leaders who pour their lives into others. The Christian life was never meant to be lived alone. Maturity isn’t measured by what we know, but by who we’re investing in. As we live for Christ and not ourselves, the gospel outlives us.
In this latest sermon from Pastor Grant, titled “Are You on the Team?”, Paul’s teaching in Philippians 2 is unpacked to reveal four signs of salvation: maturity, unity, purity, and victory. Using powerful illustrations from sports, teamwork, and everyday life, the sermon challenges believers to work out what God is working in, live without grumbling, shine as lights in a dark world, and rejoice together in sacrificial service. It’s a call to move beyond surface-level faith, fully surrender to the lordship of Jesus, and make sure you don’t finish life one yard short.𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘We’d love to connect with you! In this message from Hampton Campus Pastor Daniel Ethridge, we walk through Philippians 2:5–11 and discover a compact yet powerful theology of Christ. Jesus, fully God, chose humility—emptying Himself, serving others, and obeying the Father even to death on a cross. This cruciform life doesn’t just inform what we believe; it reshapes how we think, serve, and worship. As the risen and exalted Lord, Jesus redefines greatness as servanthood and calls us to daily surrender. Because it’s all about Jesus, our lives are invited into unity, humility, and joyful obedience that point the world to Him.
The world doesn’t just need to hear the gospel—they need to see it. In this latest sermon from Pastor Grant, titled “Gospel Witness,” we walk through Philippians 1 and see what it means to live as citizens of heaven with courage, unity, and humility. Even suffering is reframed as a kingdom gift that forms us and strengthens our testimony.𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘We’d love to connect with you! This is not about trying harder or making resolutions. Jesus’ heart has always been to “gather the people” so they can hear His Word, experience His presence, and be changed forever. In this message from Deuteronomy 31:12, Pastor Grant reminds us that while methods may change, the mission of reaching and teaching people for Jesus never does. As we celebrate the grand opening of our Smithfield campus and look ahead to Christmas Eve services, we’re challenged to pray with anticipation, invite others, and make room for those who need the hope of Christ.Through the powerful story of Woody—a man whose life was completely transformed by grace—Pastor Grant shows that no one is beyond God’s reach.
