We The Students

Our guest today is Andrew Paterek from Union High School’s My School Votes and Students Demand Action Club. This is a chapter of two national student-led, nonpartisan organizations. My School Votes focuses on increasing voter participation among youth voters and Students Demand Action focuses on raising awareness of the effects of gun violence and how to prevent mass shootings in the future. Andrew is the head of communications for the club Listen to find out about Andrew's reaction to finding out about the club and what we are looking forward to doing over the rest of the school year.
