Star Wars: Master of Evil by Adam Christopher (2025) follows Darth Vader shortly after Revenge of the Sith as he embraces the dark side and hunts for the power to conquer death. While serving Emperor Palpatine, Vader investigates a Force-wielding shaman and hunts for a lost Sith temple. The novel focuses on his transformation and his interaction with Imperial officer Colonel Holland Goth.
