In this episode we dive into our latest house flip project, where we experienced unexpected setbacks and challenges. When you are doing a house FLIP, things don't always go to plan, even with the best preparation. There are a lot of moving parts that need to align to make things happen. We encountered delays due to trade supply issues, highlighting the reality that some factors are simply beyond our control. Despite meticulous planning, unexpected delays in receiving trade supplies impacted our project timeline. We discuss how navigating these challenges required flexibility and creative problem-solving, emphasising the importance of contingency plans when dealing with external factors that can disrupt even the most well-laid plans.
