Christian Family Conference June 26, 2003 Ephesians 1:3-5 / Galatians 4:1-7 / Romans 8:14-17 Lance discusses the differences between being a son of God and being a child of God. We are all children of God, but only those that mature are called sons of God. He also discusses some things that the enemy tries to hinder us from becoming sons of God.

Christian Family Conference 1976 July 1, 1976
www.lancelambert.orgIn this message, we're challenged to examine where we've settled in our spiritual journey. Using Israel's exodus from Egypt to the Promised Land, Lance shows how easily we can stop short of God's complete purpose for our lives. Have you camped at your salvation experience (Egypt)? Are you celebrating your baptism (Red Sea) without moving forward? Perhaps you've found comfort in spiritual gifts (wilderness provision) or biblical knowledge (Mount Sinai) but missed the deeper calling. God's ultimate purpose isn't just to save us or fill us with His Spirit, but to build us together as living stones into Christ's body—where we experience true union with Him and genuine unity with each other. This unity flows not from agreement on doctrines but from our shared position in Christ. The message reminds us that through the finished work of the Lamb, every spiritual enemy standing between us and God's purpose already lies defeated. Let's move forward together into the fullness God intends.Scriptures used: Exodus 15 (extensively quoted) 1 Corinthians 10 (baptized into Moses in the cloud and sea) Ephesians 4:2-3 (unity of the Spirit) Ephesians 4:12-13 (unity of the faith) Philippians 3:14-15 (those who are perfect/mature) References to the stories of crossing the Jordan, the fall of Jericho, and the conquest of Ai
