Season Finale and New Beginnings!
It feels opportune to give you guys an update given the lack of episodes and lack of posts from my end. However I have been running around with my hair on fire trying to settle everything and tie all the loose ends. Starting off, I am thrilled to announce that the last episode of our podcast marked the end of an incredible season alongside my co-host Fabian.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all our listeners for their continuous support throughout this journey.
As we bid farewell to this season, I'm already hard at work on the next one, which will be slightly different in concept. The team is buzzing with excitement, brainstorming fresh ideas and concepts that will make the upcoming season even more captivating and engaging.
However, I also have some bad news to share. My co-host, Fabian, has departed the company, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. This departure was unexpected and lead to the need for a decision to be taken; stop here on a high note or explore new possibilities. I went for the latter given the hard work and dedication I have put into this project.
Rest assured, I am committed to delivering high-quality content that resonates with you guys. In fact, I am currently working along side an indie production house developing some amazing Cavemen Studios productions that will bring a fresh perspective and invigorate our brand. Stay tuned for updates on our website and social media channels as we announce these upcoming projects.
Once again, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with such an amazing community of listeners, and I can't wait to embark on this new chapter together!
This week on the Cavemen Podcast, we sit down with the one and only Sander—comedian, producer, and one-half of the iconic Danusan duo. We dive deep into his journey through local television, the evolution of Maltese productions, and what's next in the pipeline for him.
It's finally here! In our first episode of what already seems to be a very funny series, our hosts revisit their past project Revved and react to Reddit/Twitter stories. Also in this one, Matthew introduces Fabian to the world of gin through Malta's very own Vovis Gin, while Fabian tries to get Matthew interested in professional wrestling. So grab a beer and join our hosts at the man cave!

The Cavemen return for a second episode with some new upgrades to their show. In this episode Fabian tries an assortment of crap Matthew brings over from Sicily. Fabian hosts the reddit story segment which revolves around embarrassing stories. Matthew concludes the show with the convincing, which get Fabian agitated to say the least.

The Cavemen are back in the man-cave after what can only be described as a catastrophic week. In true cavemen fashion, the boys try out SEVERAL beers on Taste This whilst introducing a new segment and hosting story time.

In this one, we were properly hammered and ended up discussing Scotland, Cannibals, Star Wars and weird hard ups. We have no clue how one discussion lead to the other... but here we are.
As usual we invite you to subscribe to our channel or podcast and to leave a review.

After the slightest of slight delays, we are back behind the mic to bring you a fantastic episode. We host story time with a spicy theme and also read two stories sent to us by the viewers over cocktails. We end the episode venturing into the world of conspiracies.
https://youtu.be/sUf8OgJzdGw
This is one of our least controversial podcast... We basically start off reading weird confessions from the interwebs and then descend into a nergasm of a conversation about Christopher Nolan. We then finish off with Matthew's breakup story which left Fabian speechless.

This episode is one of the most incoherent and funny episodes to date. We host Story Time, which features embarrassing stories and a very special segment where we unveil Cavemen Beer. We end the show with a Geek Out session about video games.

We are finally back from the Summer break and we have an amazing episode lined up. In Story time we have "The worst way someone hurt you" whilst in Geek Out we discuss Disney+. Taste this features Pop tarts and Banana Bread beer which are enjoyed as we read stories from our listeners.

In this one we had some gin with a side of sun mix whist reading out stories from the viewers. There was also an instance were someone was about to get stabbed…

Well we return behind the mics with embarrassing sex stories part deux, which is wild to say the least. We host the Taste This segment with an ultra processed British dessert and a side of Scotch. We end this episode in tin-foil hats for a very weird conspiracy theory oriented uncomfortable corner.

This is our longest episode to date which also features a special guest from Wicked Comics, Fabio Agius. We take a stroll down memory lane in a massive geek out outlining whats so special at the Malta Comic Con, who the greatest action hero is and then proceed to discuss…theme parks? This is literally a roller coaster of an episode.
P.S. This episode was filmed in a third party studio not equipped for our needs, hence the video and audio will be inferior in quality compared to our usual content. We apologise however it was beyond our control.

The Cavemen Podcast is back with a brand-new format! Season 3 kicks off with a fresh vibe, new segments, and the same unapologetic Cavemen spirit. This rebooted version brings you in-depth conversations, intense spicy challenges, and geeky deep dives—all in one epic episode. Joining me for this first episode is none other than Fabio Agius, one of the masterminds behind Malta Comic Con, and the new co-host for the Geek Out segment! We start off with a deep conversation about the good old days, childhood memories, and pop culture throwbacks. Then, things heat up—literally—with the Taste This Challenge, where we spin the bottle and risk biting into fiery mystery cheese balls. Finally, we wrap things up with the first-ever Geek Out segment, where Fabio and I go full nerd mode over 90s and 00s nostalgia. 🔥 Buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride! 🔥

In this episode of the all-new Cavemen Podcast, Matthew Cesareo sits down with Mick Laus, a local live TV director and son of Angie Laus (he hates when people introduce him this way). Mick shares insights into his career, his journey in the industry, and some behind-the-scenes experiences. But before the conversation ends, he faces the ultimate test—the Taste This challenge, where he and Matthew take on a game of spicy Russian roulette with cheese balls!
Then, in the Geek Out segment, Matthew and Fabio dive into a heated discussion about the best and worst movie sequels of all time. Which sequels lived up to the hype, and which ones should have never been made?

In this episode of the Cavemen Podcast, Matthew Cesareo sits down with David "Ozi" Borg, former radio presenter and mental health advocate. They dive into his journey in radio, the legendary XFM era, his time away from the spotlight, and the importance of mental health awareness. But before the conversation ends, Ozi steps up to the Taste This challenge—can he handle the heat?
Then, in the Geek Out segment, Matthew and Fabio take a nostalgic trip through the best Disney animated films. They eventually take a random detour to discuss other rather forgettable and embarrassing Disney titles, which leads to a hilarious segment that leaves both hosts in tears.

But before the conversation wraps up, he takes on the Taste This challenge and Matthew almost dies.
Then, in the Geek Out segment, Matthew and Fabio Agius go head-to-head in the ultimate MCU vs DCEU debate. Which cinematic universe reigns supreme?

In this episode, I sit down with Kersten Chircop, one of the masterminds behind GMR and Playcon, to talk about the esports scene in Malta, the gaming industry’s future, and what’s next for Playcon. But that’s just the beginning!
Kersten also steps into the Taste This challenge, which has now reached insane new spice levels! This might be the most hilarious Taste This moment yet! 🌶️🔥
In the Geek Out segment, Fabio and I dive deep into the world of zombies, breaking down the best of the genre—from comics and movies to series and games.
💀 Will Kersten survive the spice?🕹️ What’s in store for Playcon?🧟♂️ What makes a great zombie story?

This is what happens when you hand a microphone to two guys who probably shouldn’t be allowed near one. Conspiracy theorist and professional shit-stirrer Sayan Cassar joins Matthew Cesareo for a crossover episode that spirals fast; from aliens and simulation theory to the state of modern comedy.
Fabio Agius and Matthew discuss Comedy Movies in the Geek Out section!
