Today I am interviewing the amazing Dr. Simone Alicia AKA The Self Esteem Doctor. Dr. Simone Alicia is an international self-esteem expert, motivational speaker, and television personality who creates measurable improvements in mindset, thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral outcomes. Her company, The Self-Esteem Doctor is a global self-development empire focused on nourishing mental, spiritual, and physical well-being in people of all ages. Years ago I read a book that changed my LIFE. @drcarolineleaf wrote a book called SWITCH ON YOUR BRAIN where she teaches you literally how to rewire your thought patterns to serve you! To think positively instead of sabotaging your wellbeing.Have you ever thought "I'm a bad mom for not spending enough time with my kids today." Through reading this book, I learned how to rewire my brain so that I don't even think that thought anymore.Every time I would think that thought I would tell myself - "I'm a great mom. I served my family today through taking care of our house, and making meals. I did the best I could even though I had so much to get done today."Here's another one - "I'm so anxious to be home alone with my kids, what if something happens to me?"Try this instead: "God gave me my kids because he trusts me with them.
